    Paper work for visa interview

    We are filing through Buenos Aires.

    We mailed in our signed checklist, and recieved an email saying we have to send in a photocopy of the whole thing!

    Has this happened to anyone else?

    But what I am asking you is, what is the whole thing?

    The whole thing=whole packet

    Photos, forms, evidence of relationship

    To me it seems a bit much to send all the photos and evidence, since you will be presenting them in the interview. Although I can understand why they would want to see the forms before the interview.

    That would be fine.

    What I think you might be saying is. To my understanding, they send you a packet to fill out and send back so you can get your interview date. I do not think you have to send evidence, i.e. fotos, y otras formas, just what they sent to you and asked you to send back, to schedule the interview.

    At the interview that is when the are going to ask for all the other forms and evidence, or at least that is what they did in our case

    Well it shows your interview date as 6-6

    not sure exactly how long it takes for you to get mail.

    but i know it does ask you to present a original and notarized I-134

    so I would suggest he does that now

    and sends it to you so you can recieve it before the interview

    I was in the same situation as you. What I did, as I didnt know what to do either, is I just copied all the cards on the same sheet. Lined them up on the copier so I fit about 12 or 16 on one sheet. Then I turned them over and copied them all again to the same sheet, again the same 12 or 16, all with differnt serial numbers and different calling codes, to show they were all different codes. I sent mine to my fiance like that, and it worked out for us.

    You believe in God, you don't believe in God, it is all fine with me. No matter. The thing is, is treat your brother and sister with love and respect. Know they are your brothers and sisters.

    Belief in God is personal, noone has the proof for sure.

    But one thing we do have the proof on is more than 85% of Americans were cheering for this Bloodbath we call Iraq. Now too many are screaming bloody murder, that there is too much blood!!

    Well that it is a proven fact that Iraq never had WMD's before we thought we would slaughter, so I think over 85% of American's need to be more cool and smart to judge before they scream go or laugh at a movie theater employee.

    I know I know. All the people in VJ were part of that 15% and I like that very much. For us to realize we are brothers and sisters and not vampires with a need for blood.

    I can't remember any poll showing 85% support for the Iraq war. Proof, please.

    what i thought i read is that you will have to file some kind of waiver

    but i would definitely contact a immigration lawyer

    why do they not believe your relationship is valid? this i dont understand. did you all not have much evidence to show them?
