  1. Yes, use the current one.
  2. My case has just been DQ'ed without any FE notice.
  3. It is interesting they did not ask for that in the first review. Thank you for clear timeline on your case.
  4. So they reviewed your 9/3 upload after 6 days? That was fast! Did they ask you for name change court order?
  5. Yes It is not current now. But waiting is not easy for me. Specially I expect to get RFE since I did not submit 1099 forms.
  6. I meaned the third time Yanme submitted the birth certificate was in Sept (I am guessing because the picture showed it was uploaded in Sept) but got it reviewed right away (after a few days?). So I wonder if "reset the clock" rule applied for Yanme's case? Mine is F4 visas.
  7. Your are welcomed. Did you submit your last document on Sept? I submitted mine on Aug 28 but they are not get reviewed yet.
  8. Did you submit your birth certificate on your AOS section? Since they are accepted, you should get DQ'ed email soon.
  9. And the third one was on Sept? I think you should put it under your name instead of your parents' names.
  10. Did you submit three Birth Certificates seperately after initial submission and before first NVC review?
  11. Yes try to re-scan and re-up it. They are reviewing documents submitted Aug 28?
  12. How long it take for NVC to review documents? Thanks
  13. Hi everyone, I submitted all documents last Thursday but I found out I did not submit enough. So I have submitted one more document under "Other". I wonder if this would delay my case processing time? I assume my last submission date will be my new review date? Anyone experience this? TIA.
  14. Same here, just submitted one more document under "Other". Do not know if this will put me back in the line.
  15. Hi everyone, I am now on CEAC 6-step stage with NVC. I am sponsoring my siblings in Vietnam. I am submitting AOS documents. My name on birth certificate is different than my name on all other paperworks. Do I need to submit name change certificate with birth certificate, citizenship certificate...I do not have a name change certificate. I did not submit one with I-130 form at USCIS, and still got approved. Thanks in advance.
