Me and wife from Philippines got married last month and we are filing adjustment of status paperwork. We used K1 Fiance Visa. We are filing form I-765 (Application For Employment Authorization) and I am stuck on Page 3, Part 2, Item number 27 where it ask you to look at the guide and pick a code. I have no idea which one to pick. Which one do you pick for a K1 fiance?

Need help on the question below. I read page 3 on the I-485 instructions and me and my wife still doesnt know what answer to pick. Where do go to get the answer we need to answer yes or no?
To give some info on me and my spouse. We did the K1 Fiance Visa and we are now married.
Are you applying for adjustment based on the
Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) section 245(i)?
Yes
No -
Me and my spouse from Philippines are working on forms I-485, I-864, I-765, & I-131. Adjustment of Status, Work Authorization, and Travel Authorization. We are not sure if we should use her new last and middle name on all the forms mentioned before. The reason I am asking is the judge that officiated the wedding told us her last and middle name will not be changed until immigration is complete. I am not sure what he meant by that?

Arrive.
Marry.
File for AOS + AP + EAD.
Wait ~4-7 months for the EAD.
Getting an SSN is needed as well. Optimally this is while still in K-1 status , so apply within the first 76 days of entry. Otherwise you have to wait until after getting the EAD (or a green card).
What is an AP?

What requirements are needed for a K1 beneficiary to be able to have a job in the US once he/she is here and is married to the Sponsor?

USCIS received my case for k1 fiancé visa. In the letter they sent me that says they received my case, it says that I am supposed to contact USCIS. It kind of slipped my mind to do that. Is that mandatory to contact them after NA01 to move further in the process?

In Part 3 and Part 4, are these questions asking about the petitioner or the beneficiary?
-
1. On Page 1-Part 1-16.b, do I just leave this box blank or write "present" in the blank? I am currently employed at this job.
2. On Part 3 5.a-5.d, I have no idea which box to select. I looked on the I-129f guide and still don't get it.
Thanks

Do you need to include tax returns in your petition to the USCIS? I see on other sites say that you need to but on here it is not on the checklist.

I am preparing my documents to send to the USCIS for my petition
I was looking at the K1 visa checklist here on visa journey, http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide , and the G-325A is not on there but on other sites that have a checklist it says this form is a requirement??? So which one is it?

The hotel receipt is not that important. The passport stamps will have dates that you was in the Philippines. The evidence you have is good without the hotel receipts. A Hotel receipt really doesn't really help that much. It is ok if you have hotel receipts you can send them in. However you should not worry if you do not
Thanks for the insight j&ana

I am getting my evidence of having met in person in the last two years ready to send to USCIS for my girlfriend I have visited twice in the Philippines. I have a lot of evidence that I have seen her in 2016 and 2017. Such as stamped passport pages, flight iteneries, and color pics.
The problem is though, on my email confirmations on the hotels I have stayed at, where it says how many guest have stayed, it usually only states the person that paid for it (Either me or my girlfriend) or it will say "1 guest". Despite the fact that my girlfriend and me both shared the rooms together. Has any other petitioners on here had that problem? And if so, did that cause problems between you and USCIS?

RapidVisa said it should be wet. I just had him FedEx it along with his other documents I needed. I sent him a copy over email to print and sign. I had him print the page that needed his name and address written in Arabic too and sent that with the letter of intent, etc by FedEx.
Thanks for the answer. I think we will do that as well.

Thanks for the insight. I figured USCIS would be picky about this.

USCIS won’t care about it being a wet signature for the beneficiary on the letter. They stopped issuing RFEs for that a couple/few ears ago.
Whats an RFE?

My question is, how does one go about making a letter of intent from my beneficiary's perspective? Is it ok to email the form to her, have her fill it out, then email back to me? Reason why I am asking is because, I am wondering if USCIS cares or not wheather a signature from her is in ink or not.

On the I-129F form I have run out of room on Page 2-Part 1 for my address history. I am confused on what to type in the "item number" box to refer my additional address history on Part 8. I get what to put for the boxes that say page number and part number but item number?

Print out and hand write only those parts.
section 8a to 10b is white because you probably chose the box that says mailing address and physical address same.
in that case you don't need to write the address again. (But fill the dates part of it)
Thanks

I am trying to fill out my I-129F through Adobe Acrobat Reader program and randomly some boxes wont allow me to type in the info. It does the same thing through MS edge PDF reader. And some boxes do let me type in the info. For example on Part 1-Section 8a-10b, all of the boxes are white instead of blue and I can't put my address info. Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it? My handwriting is bad.

I am the petitioner. I am on part one - 8.g on my I-129F. I live in Louisiana of United States.
I am confused about what to put down on the province I live in. I don't get it cause the US don't have provinces right?

Is your fiancé(e) male or female?
That's it as it is your gf you go with "fiancée"
You can also leave it as it is the name of the visa as "fiancé(e)" or chose the one fits you.
Thanks alot.

Hi I am a new member. I am taking the first steps in getting my girlfriend to the US.
I am working off a template cover letter for my I-129F petition. What I need help on is, there is certain words in red where you need to fill your info in. The word "Fiancé[e]" is on the form. I am not sure what to do with the "[e]" part. What does it mean? I have included a screenshot of what I am talking about below.
I will probably be asking many more silly questions like this one during my process of doing this. I appreciate all the help.
