Hi everybody, I have had my CR1 interview today in Kiev, Ukraine. It went jus great! Visa approved, thank God!! Be patient and you will get your reward.

Our interview was scheduled for 1st of November and we still haven’t gotten the letter of invitation from them. How long did it take for you to get it?

Guys how long is policie certificate good for? Mine is 6 months old, is it stil good?

On friday we got our interview scheduled for 1st of November🙌🙌🙌 We had to wait for slightly longer than two weeks to have our interview scheduled. Good luck to everybody🙌 And we hope our interview will go well!

I would suggest calling NVC. Thats what I did and I learned that our interview date has already been scheduled but, we havent received the letter yet. Our cc was september 21 for Turkey, they seem to be scheduling interviews for september cc's.  

We called them pretty much every day last week. When did you get your interview scheduled? And what date is your interview scheduled for for? Thank you for your response)

Anyone from Ukraine who got an interview scheduled for November? Our NVC case was completed on 28th of September and we still are waiting

It's quite hard to get answers from them, the first time we called the NVC after re-sumbission of the documents they said that it would take 2-3 days for them to review and that we should keep an eye out for an NVC e-mail, however, yesterday when we called them they told us that we should allow up to 3 weeks for them to re-review the documents. It is upsetting because we're losing around a month for nothing.

The clock resets and can take up to 3 weeks for review.  I also had a rejected and had to resubmit and then got a case complete about 10 days after resubmitting.  Good luck

Hi everybody, we just had to re-submit two documents  because they weren't accepted by NVC due to being hard to read. How long does it usually take to review re-submitted documents by NVC? If somebody had to go theough it, please share your experience, every input is very much appreciated.

We have made 2 inquiries actually.  The 1st was months ago and they said we were too early to make an inquiry.  the 2nd inquiry, they said they didn't know what we were inquiring about?? Which is nonsense.  Also, have been told by Tier 2 people, more than once, mind you. that there is "nothing wrong with our case and if they needed more evidence, we would have already been notified". So, I am not quite sure what you mean by "too late" is there something you know that the rest of us don't? please enlighten me. something is WRONG with this picture, just sayin...

Texas office received our case on 24th of August and we still aren't approved is there somebody who is on the same boat with us?

For IR-1 and IR-2 both

We got approval of IR-2 on 7 ApriL 2018 in 179 days

And got Rfe for IR -1 on 18 ApriL 2018 in 189 days

this is very strange because we haven't heard anything, however,  on the website it still says that we're within normal processing time.

Hi everybody.

Our petition was received by Texas Service center on 24th of August 2017. We're running out of normal processing time in 13 days, calling them doesn't help whatsoever, they always say the same things as: - "you're still within normal processing time, you can submit an outside normal processing time inquiry once you're out." and balh-blah-blah.

Is it a common thing to get out of normal processing time? I also would like to see who is on the same boat with us, applicants that are from August 2017 and still are not approved. Thank you for your attention.
