Great news. My green card is being produced! Interview was Dec 20, approved on the spot

 Hours later my case status changed to card being produced. Yay

 PD Feb 12.

I am in Queens, NY. My priority date is Feb 12. Did biometrics March 13, received my work permit on October 13 in the mail. Case is ready to schedule interview since August 01. Case updated Nov 13, -"interview was scheduled and notice letter mailed" .. and i received my letter yesterday 11/19. Interview Dec 20.  

Received my interview letter!!! I have my interview on December 20! So exciting... but i am also pregnant and due date is December 13. Hopefully i dont have to reschedule my interview due to labor or something haha..... I have to also do my medical since mt lawyer recommended until I had my interview notice to have that done. 

My status update says that as of November  13 my interview has been scheduled. How long until I get the interview letter? 

When I check my receipt notice it says National benefits center... if i go to uscis website... they dont have that option. Its potomac, Texas, etc not "National Benefits center" so my question is which office is processing my application 

I received an update. My ead is being produced as of October 02. Biometrics taken March 13. Last update on my case was April 08th. Priority date Feb 12, 2018.   Anyone knows how long it takes to receive the card after it is produced? 

Im getting desperate. I am still waiting for my ead. Did my biometrics on March 13. My PD is Feb 12. On the processing times, it says they are working on cases dated March 01st!!! Wheres my ead ....!! Should I contact them about it?

Woo hoo! Im still waiting for my EAD card. My PD Date is 02/12, im in NY....! I think ours is slowerrrrr. 

How accurate is the processing times on UCIS website? For ex. If it says they are working on Feb 05 PD... how accurate is that? Anyone has any idea?

There is no set amount of time.  Some people are a matter of days.  While others it is Months.  It really depends on the field office that you will be having the interview at.  Some are faster than others.

Hey everyone.  Anyone knows how many months more or less it takes after "case is ready to be scheduled for interview" to actually get the interview? 

I only applied for Work permit no advance parole. . Hmm my lawyer didnt suggest that! What are the requirements?

Hey everyone. I have a general question how do I know which office my application was sent to? The AoS based on marriage? I checked my receipt and i dont seem to find it. I want to know to start checking the processing times. I am in NY 

Oh okay. I did mines on the 13th. The last update on my status was that on April 08th, they finished reviewing my biometrics

Good Morning. When did you do biometrics? Im trying to remember and you were early March? I did mines March 13th. Hopefully soon I get the same msg as you! Im in NYC.

Mine is the same too! When did you do your biometrics? I did mines March 13! And it says the same thing that it was complete as of April 08..  From my experience when I did DACA (I know unrelated in this situation) -once it said that it was complete, I received my work permit in about 2 weeks. I also wonder how this is different based on AOS. 

I checked my EAD case status today. It updated to "Biometrics check was completed on April 8"  .hopefully soon I will get my work permit.

But OP has mention she does not want to go back? OP if she does want to go back, like others have suggested you can contact catholic charities... or try to contact her family back in Brazil. 

Yup. You would have to prove extreme hardship caused to you if your gf left the country. Good Luck OP
