My guess is you fall under this option in the attached file. But you need to read up and absolutely confirm what forms to submit.

You are using the old site that site is not reliable when checking case statuses as it’s not updated regularly. You need to uses this site https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ login with your email and password and when you do make sure you go to settings options and turn on mobile and text and email notifications so that uscis can inform you when they have taken action on your case. 

She files an I-864 as the primary sponsor. Provide all supporting documentation, including tax returns.
Her dad files an I-864 as a joint sponsor, and provides all supporting documentation, including tax returns.
If her dad lives with and files taxes jointly with a spouse, then that spouse files an I-864A.
 
The I-864s aren't needed until the case is at NVC.

same here My wife is us citizen and we got our noa1 on 19 January and we also applied for k3.
so you should apply for both and its a luck game maybe k3 approved before i30.

I've been seeing so many end of September cases getting there approvals this week so try not to worry to much about timeframes etc.
