@Andy davies have you received an email from the courier about your passport or anything? im just wondering how long it usually takes after being issued to be couriered to us!

Hey just so you’re all aware my case changed from ready to application received and then this afternoon it changed to administrative processing again!! Next stop is “issued” 😃. @Andy davies did you hear anything new on your case today?

@Andy davies well im glad I didnt have to wait the same time in AP as you did, and that mine changed to ready the next day! Heres hoping tomorrow mine will change to application received!  

Hope yours gets issued by the end of the week! Im just about done with this whole thing haha

Hey guys so after ringing medical people and they said it was sent yesterday I just check my status and it’s change from administrative processing to “ready”! Is jay good? Does that mean they have my medical and are doing something with it?! 

I rang up Knightsbridge just now and they sent they sent my medical yesterday and said that because of the bad snow they had issues getting the blood results from the courier. so my medical was only sent the day of my interview which is a bummer but at least i know sometime this week hopefully the embassy will now do whatever they have to do. 

@Andy davies sorry didn’t read you had your interview 21st feb! Why did Knightsbridge send yours after your Interview! I’m slightly different in that after my interview today Knightsbridge said they had already sent it! So I hoping I won’t have to wait the unfortunate time you did! 

@Andy davies thanks for you’re quick reply! When was your interview? How long did you have to wait after your interview when you got the blue form until it changed? 

Did you ever get a reason why it took so long? Do you think it was the weather? 

So I should ring up Knightsbridge tomorrow and ask what date they sent it? And then do I basically just have to wait for ceac to change? I checked today after my interview and it Just says administrative processing!! 

Hi I’m hoping someone can help me. I had my medical on February 24th 2018 at Knightsbridge In London and I had my interview today March 12th. My visa was approved but I was given a 221g as they still don’t have my medical results. I’m slightly concerned as I rang Knightsbridge and they said they have already sent it. The embassy won’t issue or send me my visa until they have received it. What should I do? 

Could the bad weather in the uk last few weeks have delayed it or is it even possible my medical results have been lost by the middle man? I would appreciate someone’s help with what I should do next as my medical has apparently been posted but the embassy say they haven’t received it with a space of 2.5 weeks between!!

@Melodica256 Ive had my medical and have booked my interview for the 12th.. out of curiosity did we need to fill in the application of readiness form or is that outdated? everything seemed to book ok but just wasnt sure if I needed to fill that out too? thanks 

@Melodica256 On the list of requirements to bring is proof of case number either by nvc or embassy email or letter. I have neither of those as my number was only assigned yesterday. my fiance in america also hasn't received any email or letter.. The woman at knightsbridge told me on the phone I could bring my CEAC print off but the medical wouldnt be sent away to the embassy until i emailed them proof of my nvc number that had my name on it. Everyone seems to be saying different things.. so at your medical did they ask to see proof of your case number? 

@Wuozopo Yes i looked my case up on CEAC status tracker and it just says "AT NVC".. I understand what this means but my issue is my medical is in three days and i only got my nvc number today so i need proof of that, that isnt just my word that I got it on the phone to NVC. Is there such proof without the letter from the embassy or am I going to have to ring up and change my medical date?

Hey so I would appreciate if someone could help me! I got my NVC case number today and immediately rang up for my medical in London and got offered an appointment this saturday 24th, which naturally I took as I thought was super quick. Now Im in a predicament as I assumed My fiance or myself would receive an email of our case number- which we havent yet, as she just rang up and asked for it and they gave it to her.. Are we supposed to get one? The medical is in like 3 days so I obviously need something to prove my case number. NVC told my fiance that I the beneficiary would receive something from the embassy when it was ready but thats what I need for the interview.. I thought it was something else for the medical? did anyone receive a confirmation email or letter from NVC about the case number?

@Lfx hey I seen in another thread you booked your interview for the 29th March, awesome!! But please dont tell me that all the other appointments in between were taken and thats all that was left to be taken,  but that you booked that one out of preference? Still banking on one of those middle dates you posted the other day haha 
Also do you have any idea how long it takes between getting your NVC case number and being "ready" to book the interview?

I think I should be ok as long as I can get my medical and interview over with before April.. which should be possible providing there arent any set backs.My police check and medical records came today so I'm all set to go! Can I ask if you got your case number from NVC on January 24th, why is your medical and interview in March? did you want to wait that long or was that all there was available? Also do NVC times appear to be under two weeks?

ok cool, I sent away for my police certificate last monday so should be here in a couple days.. my best friend is also getting married in usa on April 6th so im working a tight schedule.. need one of those appointments for an interview the week of the 20th.. I have everything set to go already for medical and interview aside from my police check so im hoping nvc will be here by the end of the week or early next week

@Lfx so did you guys purposely wait a week or so after your nvc number came to book a medical? As soon as i get that number ill be booking! hopefully those appointments on the 13th/14th will still be available! do you know if thats all they offer or do they open up any more? It doesnt seem like theres an awful lot of options considering the amount of applications.

@Lfx thanks for the info on those things.. unfortunately i havent got my nvc case number as were only approved thursday past so ill have to wait to book an appointment until i get that.. Those early March ones are ideal but i imagine by the time I get my nvc number they will be taken.. Glad to see there are still several interview appointments left over March..

Hey I received my NOA2 Feb 8th so currently waiting on NVC which hopefully will come back next week some point. Can I ask you both what is the availability currently like for medicals at knightsbridge? My wedding is April 14th so very keen to get all this done asap. I seen @Lfx your appointment isnt until March 13th.. was that by choice or was that the only available time? I want to have my medical asap followed by the interview a week or two later if possible.. Do you guys have any idea on medical and interview availibity?
