If you have documents in Spanish you DO NOT need to translate because Spanish is the official language in Ecuador. For Ecuador you can send docs in English and Spanish. Any other language needs to be translated. 

I got CC and had some in English some in Spanish for Colombia.

Question:

My dad needs to send his NVC package via mail.

In the cover sheet that he received from NVC stated that birth certiifcate and police certificate needs to be translate.

In the NVC website said "" All documents not written in English, or in the official language of the country in which you are applying for a visa, must be accompanied by certified translations.

His interview will be Ecuador his birth certificate and police records are in Spanish.  I am not sure what to do. DO I need to translate the docs or Can I send it in Spanish?

Can you please tell me is the beneficiary ID number on the DS260 form is the my invoive ID number on my email ?????

I do not see anywhere a beneficiary ID number on my email from NVC.

Hello help. I completed my agente form and paid the OAS fee on Agust 19th.

As today still can't paid my IV APplication Processing fee.  Stated pay now but when I try to pay the screen bellow said o,00 total. IO am not able to complere my ds260 form becasue of this payment

.

Does anyone can't tell me if this normal on the process or somehow I am stock?

Question how do you know when NVc received your case? I got a petition on my mom and dad. I received notification that my mom was approved by USCIS. Now how do I find out when NVC receive it? Can I do somenthing to spped this part of the process?

I completed my agent form DS261 last week and also I paid Affidavift of support,. Today I got AOS status paid but I there is not fee to be paid for IV  applicate fee why? I am not able to complete form DS260 until I paid IV application fee but I can't hel me please

I received my welcome letter on Monday. I just complete form DS261 agent form'.

Question

Can I just go and pay Affidavit of Support Fee  right now or do I need to wait few days until my form is review ? Thanks in advance

I heard from someone getting a checklist for an international birth certificate rather than the original (but in German language) issued birth certificate.

Hi please help me. Venezuela (one of the country my parents live) police's certificate is comimg with the name of who is the certificate for. Venezuela printed out the name on the certificate. Should I ask them to state to the UNITED STATE OF AMERICA? or USCIS? thanks

This happens after you have paid all fees to NVC and submitted the required documents. From this point their can be a possible checklist, if not you wait to be scheduled for an interview.

I didn't translated my police records or birth certificate as well and I got my cc complete without any checklist. I have not seem anyone from Brazil getting a checklist for don't translate those docs... however, I've seem that some people after get their cc and interview date, were requested to translate some docs and  bring them to the interview. I don't know the reason why, but it happens sometimes.

YEs my Dad is in NVC way since May 29th, My mom still waiting
