  1. So the NVC sent my I-129F to the Embassy in Bangkok on 12 December 2018. My Fiance and I haven't heard anything from the Embassy and when we go on CEAC site; it says "No Status". She filled out the DS-160 and paid the visa fee already. She has my I-134 and pay stubs, letters from my employers, and three weeks worth of pictures of us travelling around Thailand and Singapore; plus the passports stamps for both of our passports and more Packet 4 evidence. What could be going on?

  2. So what I'm understanding from the info in this thread is that the Embassy in Bangkok will mail my fiance via snail mail my I-129f paperwork including the evidence thst I submitted along with the petition?  Along with a small sheet directing her to the American Embassy's website for the actual packet 3 instructions?

  3. So just like the subject line. We need to update her address so she will receive the Packet 3 papers in the mail at her family's home where we will be staying for a little bit while we're on our holiday together next month.

How can we do that or can we just leave that the same and on the DS-160 we will put in her family's home address?

  4. I'm in the same boat as you are. VJ estimated my NOA2 should be around Thanksgiving. YAY, it's only about a month away!!! I'm currently saving all of my paystubs, I will be printing off my tax transcripts (3 years) this coming week off of the IRS website and I've been bugging HR about getting the employer letter. I have printed off the I-134 form and practiced on filling it out, but I did notice that the form expires on 11/30/2018. Right when I'm estimated to get my NOA2. I'm praying I can still use the current version of the I-134 because I'm flying to Thailand and going to spend three weeks with my fiancé in December. I want to give her my I-134 paperwork when I'm there

  5. I'm a tad bit confused about the I-134. I will have five people in my household, my two daughters, my fiancé and her daughter and myself. 125% threshold of the DHS poverty level is just shy of $37,000 a year. My income last year was $60,000, this year it will be about $70,000. I am going to include my 2017 tax transcripts and the letter from my employer. Do I still need to include the letter from my bank and in the box where it asks you about your assests and bank account info, can I leave that blank?

  6. It's been 60 days since I received my NOA1 and according VisaJourney timelines. I might have my NOA2 around Thanksgiving or the first week in December. I'm going back to Thailand to see Pui for three weeks in December 13. I'm going to be taking my copy of the I-129F and I-134 paperwork to her for the interview. I was thinking I should get the I-134 started on around Halloween. Contact HR for the employer letter, W2's, tax transcript, bank info and fill out the I-134 at that time.

I read that I can't get all of this info right now because it's not recent enough to her upcoming interview. Halloween/ November the ideal time to start gathering all of my necessary financial documents?

The W2's, can I use a printout from HR showing my income for 6 months?

Tax Transcript, can I use last years, or do I need to include three years of tax transcripts?

Bank info, what do I actually need to give them?

    Thanks,
