Everyone list is different depending on what is needed, however, this is MY checklist; however, I deleted things that are based on things privy to our case. This is the mandatory requirement list. So they actually received our applications despite the intercept and I received my three receipt numbers overnight!
This morning I got through quite easily to a really nice rep on the phone and discussed the two issues. I discussed the i765 first - good news, you will just have to send them a letter requesting the update. I suggest you call and get the information for your specific case but it seemed pretty straightforward!
