Here is text.
Your case is still in 221(g) status. In order to continue the process of your Immigrant Visa case you need to send us the following documents through the courier service following the instructions at www.ustraveldocs.com. Please print out this email as a confirmation and provide it at the TNT office in order to send us the requested documents. Documents Requested: 1. Police Certificate from Administrative Department of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia Please note that we cannot complete processing of your case until this step has been completed. Best regards Consular Section -
Thanks for attention. I really appreciate!
Case updated today.
They requested only police certificates. -
Our lawyer says we can appeal, because we did everything we sent them every document what they needed but they do nothing.
I think it's not good idea, right? maybe she wants to make money and that's all.
My grandmother who is in US citizen thinks she has good lawyer, but I think she is the scammer!
We don't know what to do we're all stressed. -
Our medical sent to embassy on 4 march. After no reply we sent email to embassy in 12march to update our case and they updated in 15 march, but no email and nothing just case update. Today gone almost 20 days without answer what we gonna do? Is there any way to take their attention or do something?
-
Case updatated today! No changes on caec, only dates.
Today we received the mail and they said, that we must be under attention, because they will contact us via email or phone.
What this means? I'm confused is it good news or bad?
Please someone reply.

Today We called in medcenter and asked them if they sent our medreport and they answered, that yestarday they sent it but no change on caec. Howlong time need to update our status after we sent what they needed?
Is it good idea to send email to embassy and ask if they received our medical or just wait? -
UPDATE!!!
We had our 2nd medical in 26 February. After our medical we asked them howlong time need to send our medical to embassy and they answered, that they're busy and they'll send in 4 march. ALSO UPDATE WAS THE SAME DAY WHEN WE DID OUR MEDICAL(only mine and my brother's case updated). This means that they sent our medicals at the same day or this was tipical update?
Thanks for attenion. -

US considers all police certificates valid for a year regardless of what expiry date the individual country assigns them.
Thank you for reply. 😊

Yes. It means they’re ready to issue, they just need the medicals and sponsor documents to be up to date.
Sorry for suffering you.
I've another question: As I think police certificate is also expired, it's valid 6 month. They didn't mention anything about that Is there any chance to get a visa without new police certificate? -

Well I guess Georgia convention is different then. Usually people bring marriage certificates when they are married, and divorce certificates to show that they have been divorced. As stipulated on the general official pages. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/collect-and-submit-forms-and-documents-to-the-nvc/step-5-collect-supporting-documents.html
“If you were previously married, you must obtain evidence of the termination of EVERY prior marriage you have had. Your evidence must be an original or certified copy of one of the following documents: FINAL legal divorce decree, death certificate, or annulment papers.”
You know what - I think I’m going to leave the rest of this up to someone else who hopefully can help you figure out what might be the issue.
Thank you for your time. I realy appreciate.

Half brother, if also son of mother? Or is it son of ex husband but not her son?
I'm still confused about the marriage certificates if everyone is single. Why are they needed in the first place? I can see the mother might need a divorce (or death) certificate to show she is single but why does OP need a marriage certificate?
I'm not trying to be difficult here, I’m just trying to figure out if the problem could be with the documents (which requires understanding what they are).
Back to one of the original questions, yes the medicals will expire after 6 months. The consulate will contact you to redo them before the visas are issued. No point in just going to redo them now when you don't know how much longer you might have to wait.
Yes, he is my half brother, son of my mother not from her ex husband(my father).
Marriage document needed, because I think CO interested if my mother is in marriage or no. What's the difference between divorce certificate and marriage certificate if she is still in marriage in this certificate it will be shown right? if no no and that's all.
CO didn't say anything about divorce certificate if it needed we can bring it's not problem.
P.S As I mention my mother and my father divorced officialy in 2003 year. -
