  1. Amex does not require the SSN. One cannot have an online account without the SSN but you can have authorized users. I have done so many times successfully.
  2. You seem to be well versed in this subject. Are you a player? Makes sense.
  3. I think OP must be in 2400-2500 range, otherwise applying would not make sense. If he responds we will know then.
  4. Many, and I mean many chess players who are International Masters or Grandmasters have received GCs via EB1 and still do. I have specific knowledge on this. If the OP is one of them then OP had a decent chance. While we do not know what transpired I would assume that the OP fell under at least one of the above titles to file for EB1 in which case to me that would make total sense.
  5. This is far more than others have submitted including myself. This should be more than enough. Good luck to you.
  6. I checked a few thousands cases with the case tracker app and I-765s get approved first and fast.
  7. From what I see they crank EAD out like hot cakes. If you had biometrics it is a few weeks at most based on the current trend. At least for family based AOS. I cannot speak to other petition types.
  8. I think she got Covid booster, Influenza, Hep B and Tdap. Everything else she had. We did not even do titers on Hep B and Tdap and just decided to give her those. She got the Covid booster and Influenza vaccines at the walgreens before we even called any civil surgeons. Printed walgreens page from the online portal and brought it with us. That was it.
  9. Required vaccinations: https://www.uscis.gov/tools/designated-civil-surgeons/vaccination-requirements Find a civil surgeon who can administer shots too. Here is how you find them: https://www.uscis.gov/tools/find-a-civil-surgeon We went through this recently. Call a dozen or more places and go with the cheapest. My mother did titers test for vaccines that she knew she received but had no record of. Each titers test was something like $40. Total we paid $560 including the visit, whatever shots she did need, and also titers. Make sure to shop around. I remember some places wanted to charge me upwards to $1200 or more. What state are you in?
  10. - Filed I-130,I-485, I-765 and I-131 together. USCIS accepted date 1/22 - Biometrics letter in the online portal 2/1. Went in early and got it done on 2/6 - Biometrics rejected by FBI and second biometrics letter request in the online portal 2/7. Went in the same day got it done - Uploaded unsolicited evidence 2023 taxes to support I-864 under I-485 documents tab online. 2/13 - Uploaded unsolicited evidence 2023 taxes to support I-864 under I-130 documents tab online - EAD standalone approval letter in the online portal under documents for I-765. No status change yet 23 days to EAD approval
  11. EAD got approved yesterday. 23 days total.
  12. Email confirmations of purchased tickets, airline portals (rewards accounts), calendars (iphones for example suggest/add tickets from emails), whatever stamps you still have, memory, text messages from phones (I arrived, about to depart). There is a myriad of ways you can recover this. You would have to the digging but it is best to get it right.
  13. We filed AOS concurrently. Mother is adjusting from B2. We went for Biometrics yesterday and just got a notice in the online account that she is scheduled for another biometrics?? Has this happened to anyone else? Here is what it reads. "PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY. The FBI was unable to process your fingerprints. To continue processing your application, petition, or request, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) must collect your biometrics again. This will be completed at no additional expense to you. Please appear at the below Application Support Center (ASC) at the date and time specified." This is kind of weird.
  14. Hi all - I made an appointment with the USPS for my passport. I know I need to bring the DS-11, a check for the fee and supporting docs. When it comes to supporting docs I am a bit confused. Do I need to bring both the original and also black and white copy of the naturalization certificate? If so, will they take both at the appointment or send me back with the original? I don't fee l very comfortable having the original taken for months as this would mean I have absolutely no document of any sort regarding my status. Any help would be appreciated. Submit your original evidence of U.S. citizenship. Submit a photocopy of the front (and back, if there is printed information) of your original evidence of U.S. citizenship. Photocopies must be: legible, on white 8.5”x11” standard paper, black and white, and single sided. In some cases, you may be able to submit a certified copy of your citizenship evidence. A certified copy is any document that has the seal or stamp of the official issuing authority. If you don't want to submit a photocopy of your citizenship evidence, you may submit a second certified copy of your citizenship evidence, which we will keep. If you don’t submit a photocopy or a second certified copy of your citizenship evidence, your passport processing could be delayed. You cannot submit digital evidence of U.S. citizenship (e.g. electronic or mobile birth certificate) when applying for a U.S. passport. You must continue to submit your physical evidence of U.S. citizenship and a photocopy of it.
