Since yours is an expedited case , your file should be at the embassy already. somebody said they contacted the embassy and the embassy assigned them the date after two weeks. try your luck.
I contacted the embassy's call center, They said there are no slots. I sent an email directly to the embassy, I'm currently waiting for their response.

Why don't you email the embassy directly and request them for a date.
The embassy website doesn't have a slot available. You're saying its possible to get it through emailing them?

This is the third day in a row. Still not able to schedule the interview. I'm pretty much all over that site day and night (as far as the limit allows, you can't keep refreshing).

Ok. So this is crazy. They accepted to expedite our case, but when I go to their site (this is the Philippines embassy btw) they don't have any appointments available. Any advice? I call their call center, they keep telling me to try again. Is there anything with this process that can go easy? LOL?!

Then it looks like your expedite was approved by the USEM. You didn't get notice of expedite approval?
Now you have to wait unitl USEM tells you of your interview date; call the USEM again for direction.
Yeah, they said they approved it, but no interview date. The weird thing is that they cancelled an appointment that was never scheduled.

That is strange. Looks like your case was sent to the USEM or maybe it's just a mistake in their system. Did you request expedite? Are you IR1/CR1 or K-1?
I think you should call NVC to find out what's going on.
Yeah, I expedited. I'm IR1. Called NVC they said its with the Consulate already.

Mine now says Ready I still don't have any appointment scheduled

I understand your question now; it varies. Some people have got literally one week to do medicals, some had 2 weeks until interview, some had a month. It varies.
Does it say documentarily qualified? If so, you are case complete.
How long did it take for your case to change from In-Transit? I tried calling the Embassy call center, they were no help whatsoever.

Its now at the Embassy, when I check the status it says In Transit

Guys my status just changed to "All required applicant documents received and approved" does this mean Case Completed?

Thanks. Not following your question well. Do you mean how many days after CC to get interview appointment? or how many days is the interview day from when your get your interview appointment?
Either ways in both cases in varies from person to person, case to case, embassy to embassy. There's is no clear way of knowing.
Thanks for your response. Consider this scenario, your case is completed and you're notified that you're scheduled for interview, how many days do they give you to prepare for it, because I believe you need to be able to do your medicals as well.

I got interview date as well. Good feeling.
Hey! Congratulations! How many days in advance you get a notice about the interview date?
-
I asked them to expedite it, since its been over 2 years, I hope it goes through!

That's right. It's all about waiting now for the interview letter.
Great! I hope you get good news soon.
I was under the impression that NVC would be the easiest step, but so far I have been proven wrong.

Hi,
My spouse and I are at the NVC stage. I'm claiming my parent as my dependent this year which qualifies me as a Head of Household, compared to Married Filing Separately for the years before. Is this change going to affect our NVC process negatively? My understanding is that IRS treats Head of Household unmarried, here are some information about my case:
1- We haven't lived together in a house most of the year (as she is not allowed in the country yet)
2- I can now claim my parent, since I pay all the expenses
What worries me is change from Married filed separately under which for Social Security I would note as NRA (Non-Resident Alien), but now the tax files generated don't even show that I'm married. What's the best course of action in this particular case?
Thanks!

I submitted it on Monday the 11th. So far they haven't given us any updates. They also very seldom respond to the inquiry emails.

For every 20 time you try, one goes through.

1. File under 2MB? 2. Using chrome or explorer? 3. Try later as it might be heavy traffic in their site. Hang in there!
Its under 2 MB. Their site is a joke. Did you guys upload anything extra beside the standard requirements? Any wedding photos, etc?

Hi,
I'm trying to upload the civil documents, etc to CEAC but I'm encountering the Application Error message. Anyone else is experiencing this?
I can view the documents that I have uploaded in the past, but I can't upload anything new.
Thanks

I still haven't been able to schedule an appointment, I have been trying for 2 weeks now. The way they're processing the expedited cases doesn't make any sense. They agree to expedite your case (This is not a real expedition we've been waiting for over 2 years and 2 months) and then you won't have any available appointment. If they agree to expedite people's cases shouldn't they provide some provision to schedule an appointment, one would think that would be the whole point of the process!
