I got an email from USCIS this morning that an action was taken on my case. I tracked it online and received a status change for both I-765 and I-131, "we have approved your case." Finally!

I filled in my timeline on my profile page - see there for additional information  my initial biometrics appointment was scheduled fro January 24, 2018, but I completed it via early walk-in on January 16, 2018. Filed for AOS and combo card on December 19, 2017.

I got an email from USCIS this morning that an action was taken on my case. I tracked it online and received a status change for both I-765 and I-131, "we have approved your case." Finally!

Local office for I-485 application is New York, NY, however, I believe that all EADs are processed by the NBC.

Thanks so much to all those who responded to me and provided me with moral support!!! I received an email from USCIS at 6:00 am EST this morning saying an action had been taken on my case and that I should log on to view my status. It seems that as of today, they are producing my card based on the attached image.
 
I just wanted to share in case anyone received an RFIE and was afraid of their clock reseting to 0 - I am at day 97 since filing and day 17 since the RFIE was mailed to me. Perhaps it dosn't actually reset the timeline despite it being "initial" evidence.
