i got an email from the Embassy today to schedule her interview and instructions and I choose April 12!! Thanks everyone😊👌

They don't send you the interview date, your need to schedule it online. Call the embassy and ask them when you'll get your invitation for the interview.

To schedule and interview, or wait for Embassy instruction email, and the embassy have receive my files since 02/28/18!

do you know how long it takes the embassy to send the interview schedule, and I have email the 3 times but no response yet?? Thanks in advance

I was at nvc stage and I Did an expedite request and it was approved by Senegal 🇸🇳 Dakar Embassy for medical Emergencies, and NVC send my files to the embassy and the embassy has received the files and CEAC shows (Ready)!! To schedule an interview, or wait for Embassy instruction email, and the embassy have receive my files since 02/28/18!

do you know how long it takes the embassy to send my the interview schedule or what I need to do?? And I have email the embassy 3 times no response from them!!

Yeah, I think that might be your problem right there, they don't know where to send the approved I-130 I guess? I think you should probably call USCIS and clarify this. Also there is a form called form I-824 which you can use to notify USCIS to forward your approved petition to the NVC.

My I130 is different from this one I but an attachment, is this a pdf version?.

I just check my i130 file, and that question is line 22 and I lift it blank!! As on the instructions!

My I130 Petition was approved on 12/18/17

and it stated that my beneficiary/Wife can adjust her status...! But my wife have never been to the US before and she’s still in Africa/ Guinea 🇬🇳!. So my approved Petition was not sent to NVC, instead was sent to NBC, please help how can I get them to send my files to NVC? Thanks in advance 🙏
