I called USCIS yesterday to inquire about this status and she said that they will call me back within 3 to 5 business days. Well, I just got a call from them saying my case has been approved as of yesterday woohoo!!! Lol.. the card has not been sent for production yet and if i dont receive my card after 2 weeks to call them. Im so happy. Can someone please update the list.

Congratulations!!!  No interview either, that is just amazing.  Now you can get on with life in the USA and put all the bad stuff behind. Go celebrate and enjoy your new, well deserved status.

My  only legal evidence  was paper from former joint bank account (my ex-husband owned a house and took care of all bills, I also escaped and had only the most personal things with me). I only planned to stay in US until the divorce was legalized.. he dragged the divorce process  for so long..  I had to find an income and found out I might have the legal right to stay in US because of fraud..) , Rest of the evidence: statements from family and me. "Im sorry for what I have done" mails from ex-husband. Mails and cards from his family where they were shocked and sorry for what their brother and son did to me. Name to our marriage counselor we visited after ex-husbands fraud was exposed. Pictures, e-mail and sms conversation between us from our marriage. If anyone checked on internet, they could see how I really have opted me out completely.. almost vanished. because of safety..    
 
I cross my fingers and pray for you, that you will get your approval this week! the waiting process is tearing! LOVE!

Greetings All- 
We received the 10-year Green Card today! 
Although approval (VSC) happened on 12/21/17, and we received the NOA in the mail on 1/2/18, the website never updated until today (1/8/18) when it went straight to "my card was mailed," and lo and behold it was in the mailbox on the same day!

card is being produced yay says 4th jan but got message today and status changed just now
 
undecided if i should get ready to apply for n400 or wait for things to calm down a bit. pretty hectic next couple months ahead could do with a break from this process

My wife got her 10yrs card in the mail today the card was issued on 01/04/18, now onto the last step of this journey.
 

Hubby received 10 year card in mail yesterday!!  Now onto Citizenship papers.  Thank God this will be the last step!!!

Wishing everyone else speedy approvals.  Hang in there.  This process is long but worth it.

On January 4, 2018, we mailed your new card for Receipt Number  to the address you gave us. If you do not receive your card by February 3, 2018, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we send your new card to you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
 

Thats terrible what you have endured. I think but not 100 percent sure that divorce waivers normally are interviewed.(I may be wrong, as I have not really taken much notice of divorce waivers). I hope you kept those threatening emails as evidence. 
 
The USCIS are not stupid people and will be able to see right through your ex husband and his manipulative ways.
 
I should imagine you shall hear very shortly looking at your timeline as you are Vermont filer. I am sure you will be ok and will continue to enjoy your life in the USA without this awful man.  Good luck.

Got my approval letter today from mailbox. 
Filling date: Feb 03, 2017
USCIS Received date: Feb 07,2017
Biometric date: March 13,2017
Approval date: Jan 04, 2018.
No RFE VSC.
My status online never changed. 

Im happy to say I got my acceptance letter on my mail box today. Approval date 01/01/2018. They are coming in.. you guys are next!!..
