i just bumped up some instructions NVC would give me no tracking number I could only get the I-730 (link) to pull up anythng

How were you able to check that your app arrived at Casa? I called NVC and asked them about a I-730 link, they did not know what I was talking about.

Called today and was told our case had left for Casa today, and it should be there in a couple of days.

hey girl...i called at 7:30 this morning...they had not sent ours out yet (the day before). ..they received our case the same day on 2/16....curious... what time did you call?...and when did they send it out?...i will call back again late this afternoon...i want to know exactly when they send it out...because when casa receives it the interview should be about a month later i think

I am wondering if the chat log will be sufficient or will it be better to provide as much evidence as possible??? I was thinking that the more evidence the better. But the chat {alt} {print screen}would be certainly easier and cheaper to send. What do yu guys think, the more the better or just the yaoo im logs???

In our case my husband NEVER traveled outside of Pakistan. I do know that males coming from Pakistan are getting AR/AP that have not traveled in the past. So NO AR/AP is up to the consulate and covers many factors from name checks, schooling, job, religion, age differences, etc.

The reason why I asked this is because we figured he would have no trouble getting approved or with security checks because he has gotten visas before. He has also never even been arrested. Time will tell. I will post the result of his interview later.

my husband had a shengen visa as well as a B1/B2 visa for the united states. you would think this would be the ultimate in back security clearances especially since for work he entered the US 25 times in the 1st 2 years of our relationship, again, it did not pan out that way. Each application is separate.

I dont know where your fiance received a visa for before, but the US could care less about visas for their own country let alone other countries, at least that has been the anecdotal experience I have seen.

Thanks for your answer. That does not make sense that if your SO has been here before they still placed him on AR/AP. Strange. So at least I know now that placement on AR could easily still happen. Thanks.

Have any of your SO that are on AP been out of their country before?? I wonder if the SO has been out of their country before or several times if that makes a diference as far as security checks and things of that nature. Do you think that they will get the visa quicker?? In other words no AP.

I am a member of 3, and all 3 I am just hate. tried of the biased and judgemental BS they pass off as a social and support group... I see no support and ill mannered socializing. We have discussed birth control and have not come up with a solution for the future. We will try and have two children. After that some method of birth control will be used. My fiance wants to take care care of the baby and I, but he will not be able to support us to the level I currently live in the beginning. I will always work. I love my job most aspects of it besides the flying. My job also allows me to be at home some too.

My fiance really wants children very badly. All I hear, the baby, the baby, the baby. he he I am self sufficient. A second income is wonderful but if we do not have excellent child care then someone will stay home and care for the baby. I'm an ####### parent and believe in being there-mommie or daddy. We will only use a babysitter when necessary.

I love to shop, it is my vice. So when my fiance comes down I will try to buy anything he will need or what I want him to have. He is very careful about spending $$ and that is a good thing. I need someone in my life like that. I waste so much money. I will also waste it on him if he allows me to, which I doubt.

He will come down with money that he saved. He will also be very conscious of how it is spent. I do not know how much $$ he will come with but just the idea that he is carrying a heavier load by working two jobs, ect. to save money for us is adorable. Can his $$ compare to the money we will have here, highly unlikely. But while he is there without contributing towards us, he should be saving all his extra money.

While visiting him, he spoils me rotten. I can just say what I want and he buys it. He will get the same treatment here until he is able to earn a decent living and then spoil me again.

When he comes down he will have to carry the load of the household duties mostly for a bit, but then we will share all of that as well.

Hopefully your SO gets here befor eyour baby is due

My initial I-129F submission was so perfect it jumped the queue and got sent back to me straightaway, because I forgot to sign it.

are you sure that it did not get sent back to you because it was so perfect and you guys did not need to go through the entire process.
