I just want to know who all got their EADs so I can track.
Oh, in that case I might have some statistics that will bring you some hope:
http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/eadstats.php?history=90
According to the data at our dear forum, your case might be being processed.
-
And also, they are not able to grant you permanent residency until your PD is current on the Visa Bulletin, that's why I wanted you to keep in mind the one on March as your PD.
-
Oh, yeah, they take their time, I was actually checking the processing tables, it says that on October 31st, they were processing the cases from June 30th, but also says that if your i795 has been pending for more than 75 days you can submit an inquiry. When you filed the contact form it should have given you an approximate date for response, usually like 3 or 4 weeks later.
Keep in mind that your PD is not the one on October, but the one on March, that is for Visa Bulletin purposes, since that is the date you filed the document that opened your path to the GC.

Raised an SR- 12/29/17
What is an SR?

In the last report published at USCIS it shows that Employment Authorization Documents at NBC were taking up to 4 months to be processed.
I don't know for AOS, but the forecast is that the next visa bulletin would move to the beginning of march. However, for AOS I understand would depend on the forms processing, my guess would be between 6 and 10 months for the i485, I actually don't know if varies by your local office, or anything else, because I am doing it via Consular Processing.

June 24, 2016.
In October 31st 2016, they were processing July 2016, however, cases after August have progressed a lot slower than before. My case is still marked as received, since December 2016.
What took your case 4 months hasn't happened to my case, even tough it has 1 year and (almost) 1 month.

Hi, sadly you would be in the dark with the real time it would take. As of this month (January 2018), they are with the final interviews of the people that applied in February 2016.
I applied in Dec 2016, and I have not received any other information than "We received your case".
If you qualify for citizenship, try consider it, depending where in the US do you live, it could be kind of faster, applying with a K visa afterwards, that right there is outside my area of knowledge.

I am a newbie here, but here is my experience: our case got approved after 4 months ( my husband petitioned for me ). But, I waited for the welcome letter for a bit over a year. I do not know if it depends on a country....
It depends on the country mainly at NVC for your Filing Date for arrive, for NOA2 depends if your husband is a Permanent Resident, and the Processing Center the case was processed. A NOA2 used to take up to 6 months, but it has been stalled, and at CSC the average is around 1 year and 1 month and 1 year and 2 months.
What was your Priority Date when you began your case?
-
Hi Luis,
Depending on your country and Service Center this could be the same agony than a lot of us, or your petitioner could ask for your case to be reviewed.
What processing center is your case at?
If you don't know, just tell us the first 3 letters on your receipt number.
(And complete your Timeline to get help faster in the future)

I am also waiting for CSC to move, but I have seen that the latest approval have been in Oct, and I believe there was 1 on November, they are working with the beginning of November.
Someone in this forum once pointed out that CSC is only moving significantly when the filing date on the Visa Bulletin moves forward.
Let's hope it moves forward soon, my priority date is Dec 19th, and still waiting for any signal of life from CSC.
Edit: To clarify my PD is Dec 19, 2016

I was kind of hoping any kind of answer, this forum is the one thing that makes this whole process less scary.

Hi Sissi,
There are people here with more knowledge than me, but I remember there was a form for e-notification, to fill out with the i130, and file together. Perhaps there is a way of creating a username at USCIS, so they let you know in case you did not fill the form.
However, you can always check your case status at https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do
You only need your Receipt Number to look it up. If you don't know which one it is, look for the Notice of Action they sent you via physical mail when you filed the i-130.

Hi, I wanted to ask the question that has been on my mind for a few months, to hear your opinion.
What would you guys estimate that Dec 19, 2016 would take to able to file, as in Filing Date, Visa Bulletin.
Timeline:
i130 with priority date Dec 19, 2016
F2A (Spouse of a PR) via Consular Processing
Stuck with California Service Center.
NOA1 received, still waiting for them to start working on my case, no RFE or anything, kind of makes you crazy some days the lack of information. I wonder, since CSC seemed to only approved more cases when the Filing Date moved forward.

Yes, that the things with averages. I was looking through the timelines, and some people have received it the same months of their biometrics, other ones 4 months later, each case is different, and a lot of us in this forum share thar knowledge that that waiting is a tortuous process. Hope the best for you, and that your case can be completed soon.
