You will need to present your appointment letter (has bar code) which they will scan for them to release the documents to you.

Hi, we did not create another account. When you initially created account did you specify which location you wanted to pick up documents? If so you should be okay. They will notify you by email when passport is ready to be picked up.@Sej i know i havent been on here for over a month now but could you chime in if im wrong.

Well guys its been a journey and ours (visa) is just bout complete. I will be signing off here today as my hubby got notification today that his passport is ready for pickup at dhl. He flys out this friday. Thank you to my VJ go to mate @sej (always ready with the answers) tremendous help on this thread. To all who are still waiting most of the answers to your questions are all over this thread as we have been sharing. Be encouraged that this too shall pass and you will be with your loved one soon. Nope not yet but i think it will today. It went from AP with immigrant status for a couple days then to Ready for interview for couple more then yesterday to Application received with non immigrant status (in the morning) then back to AP (in afternoon). According to research i did on VJ this is normal and means will be issued soon. Just really sucks because he would of been on his flight right now but because of his stupid mistake he's not (forgot extrait d'achive). To top it all off im out $110 because come to find it that stupid insurance i bought with the flight is worth nothing. They only have specific reasons that they reimburse for and i thought i could use the illness one but apparently you must see a doctor and have documentation. Uhhh fml but i know he'll probably be here next week but i won't be re-purchasing any ticket till he gets notification to pick up passport. So a word to the rest of yall still waiting DONT PURCHASE TICKETS until after interview or have visa in hand.

The only thing you need from NVC is your case #. Once u have that proceed to the ceac website listed. You can go ahead and submit the ds160 and interview prior to it saying READY.

I myself pretty much had most documents given to him the second trip i made to Haiti. There was also a time when i had someone come to visit me from Haiti and when they were returning i sent the affidavit of support with two years of taxes and also i even went as far as translating his birth certificate to english ( but i guess its not needed) and put that in same envelope and had him meet the person at the airport to get the envelope. And lastly i scanned and emailed him this currents years tax returns even though he already had two years worth (just to be on the safe side)

Np. You can include it if you want but i dont think its necessary though. They did not ask for it and i didnt include it.

There is two. The one he forgot was the (extrait). List: Passport, two passport photos, appointment confirmation page, ds160 confirmation page, birth certificate with (extrait), receipt that he paid for visa, final divorce decree if either was divorced, Intent to marry letters (2) ( they asked him if he had it but they did not actually look at it), transfer receipts of money ive been sending him, affidavit of support with 3years tax returns (they did not ask for this) and finally chat logs. They also didnt ask for police report which we were unable to obtain anyways but he did say he heard others being asked for it.  But @Sej and @N&Rdorcy if you guys wanna chime in if i missed something or just want to add.

You can either put case is "Ready" according to ceac case tracker or leave that part out entirely. But yeah that is what i came up with and submitted myself.

What time did you check and find out that it said its been issued? Ive been checking alllll day now and it still says case created march 2nd but it does say last updated todays date so...
