My case is ready today, just 1 day after it was sent, so the rep was right, they do send things electronically to Juarez.
I filled out that form very nervously.
Unfortunately there's no dates available :-/
Could be weeks till something opens up.

I received my case and invoice number today. I already completed the DS-261 this morning. The rep said that the fees were being issued today and I should be receiving those later today.

It does not usually take that long. It took my case about two weeks. Once you get the case number and invoice number from them you can start processing on line. I would start calling them daily to check in to get the information sooner.
