  1. Not 2 days ago I had my test taken and I have to admit I was nervous .I passed right away after answering 6 civic questions correctly. They use word stop. You have to answer 6 questions correctly in an order and once you hear stop it means you passed.Don't ask to much, answer with yes or no when requested but pay attention to it.

This public sharing is really more about how I felt afterwards.I wanted to kiss and hug the lady that conducted my interview after I found out I passed 100%. Not because she was nice to me but because she's done her job well!I'm waiting to receive an notice of Oat Ceremony and be able to say out loud "Proud to be an American"Love you America

    Stay with us my darling
    Tomorrow is a brighter day
    Stay with us my darling
There are so many things to love

You are so beautiful to me
You are so beautiful to everyone

Heaven is a place I cannot see
When I'm beside you it's so close to me
These are the reasons you should stay
There is so much that you can give

You are so beautiful to me
You are so beautiful to everyone
There are so many things to see
You are so beautiful to me

    You're a diamond I can't buy
    You're a sin I can forgive
And when you sink into the dark
Know that I am there with you

You are so beautiful to me
You are so beautiful to everyone
There are so many things to see
You are so beautiful to me

You are so beautiful to me
You are so beautiful to everyone
There are so many things to see
You are so beautiful to me
  3. All depends. If they need more evidence from you will delay your process if not should go faster.(It usually takes around a year) I've done my biometrics on 12/07 passed but had to schedule an additional appointment to sort some E-Verify issue so mine might be delayed. I've found very helpful USCIS app that will keep you informed while on the go. If you have busy life stile you should check it out. As well alerts you on the similar cases and the processing time. Good luck :)

  4. Hello and good day everyone,

Before my biometric app I was asked to E Verify my employment. This was new to me as I've been working for the same company for over 10 years now and been paying taxes which I had to submit  when I filled for N-400. USCIS located in Phoenix area has a glitch in the system at the moment and if anyone in this area is a subject to use E verify please go to www.uscis.gov .Once you open up the page in the very right corner you'll be able to see schedule an appointment. Those are booked for 14 days or 2 weeks ahead and the best time to schedule it is in the morning around 5 am or after midnight.

Note: Don't discard E Verify if you're asked by USCIS to sight up for and use it!

They did not take fee when they rejected. I sent same copy with correction. waiting for the response.

Good for you . I wasn't that lucky... a few years back I've applied for the extension  of my work authorization the fee was taken but application denied so I had to re apply and pay another $325.

Good luck in your progress and keep us posted.

Oh no, he has met her for lunch about 7 Times. But that is not enough in my book to marry someone. I know he is lonely and so excited about her and that is why I’m trying to educate myself by getting on here. But others must have had real issues with their parental relationships because I’m getting ripped apart on here and no one knows my son better than his father and I, no one knows the rejection he has been subejcted to or the bullying he had as a middle school and high school student. He is super intelligent and really valued at his job, but that doesn’t mean that his self confidence is where it should be because he is still overcoming the past.

This post is fishy I mean very fishy. Fake and I just proved myself that some people have nothing else to do but try to get attention.

    You've lost mine!

  8. Sad but true, these kind of "situations" are so common!Scam is screaming with BIG mouth wide open.

What scared me the most about this story(if it's the truth?) was that your son was ready to marry someone he never met in person!!!

Advice: Make sure he snaps out of it!!!

    Best of luck dear.

    i all,

I'm filling out the N-400 as my window is coming up. I'm eligible due to marriage, and have been a green card holder for (almost) 3 years now.

Now, 4 years ago, I was living out of the country (work), though still engaged with my current wife.

My question to you guys is: in section 5, it asks for your residence in the last 5 years, and in section 9 it asks for time outside of the USA in the last 5 years. Obviously, if I include the data going back 5 years, it'll show a lot of time outside the US, as well as residence outside of the US.

Since my eligibility is due to marriage, should I still include information from 5 years back, or should it only include information from 3 years back, matching the period I was married/GC holder? Or does it not matter if I include 5 years back?

My main worry is that adding up all the days I've been outside the US in the last 5 years, it amounts to 330 days, though most of that is from my time living abroad (4--5 years ago).

Thanks a lot guys, you're a great source of information.

  10. My whole life was an amazing journey with ups and downs, downs because I've witnessed a war for the whole 10 years in Bosnia the country I was born in. At the time I was only 14 years old  and I was forced to grow up over night. I really never had enough time to process anything...in order to stay sane I had to be on the go at all times. During the war time I was trying to finish the high school as I only had 2 years left but I really never knew when it would be the last time I'll see my family and friends alive which was always in the back of my head! So I promised myself to keep those fears to myself and try to move forward and I have.

    10 years later

Survived the war, visited USA on my student exchange visa J-1 in 2004. The day I've entered America I've felt the butterflies. I've felt the freedom I never felt before.

    Today and forever

I Thank You America for taking me in for giving me a better life.

  11. Please do some research before you apply. Check all prequalify options first.

    Further:

Just put in the search secure credit cards for people without no credit history .It's important that you find the best match and you aren't applying for 5 or more credit cards at the same time. The bank will see you as desperate.

    Good Luck :)
