Did you raise this issue with USCIS and if yes how?

They only provide me with a processing time link but the OS155A isn't in the drop down menu therefore I don't know what the processing times for green cards are.

I have USCIS online account and send inquiries there so many times. Always same replied wait. Finally after 5 month's I got Green Card. Please not worry because you have already Green Card one year which stamp on your passport.

I can understand non-compete agreements for white collar workers, especially those in management positions, but for jobs like working in a mall, such a document is ridiculous and is a red flag for an overcontrolling employer.

Thanks for replied. Just a simple job as Sales man and sign the paper. This totally not understand that's why asked on this platform.

It sounds like your boss is trying to make you sign a non-compete agreement. (You might want to google that term.)  If you refuse to sign it, most likely your boss can fire you on the spot.  If you do sign it, you might get problems later when you try to change jobs, your boss might try to sue you.  My advice:

    1. Before you sign, have somebody you trust look at this agreement, ideally a lawyer.
    2. If you are a simple shop clerk, that non-compete agreement would probably not be enforceable in court.  They might still try to threaten or harass you if you try to change jobs.
    3. Don't plan on staying in that job for long.  They seem to be a!@#$%es.

Thanks for replied. When I will be get form Conflict of Interest then will be show any friend or lawyer who has knowledge this otherwise not sign any paper without understand.

Your IR1 visa with CBP stamp serves as your green card for 1 year from the date of your US entry.  So you actually have a GC already, even if it is not the plastic one.  Make sure you always have your passport with IR1 visa on hand until you get your plastic GC.  Also, when you move, remember to file the AR-11 change of address with USCIS.

This information on Port of Entry Homeland Security officer told me. You can be work on this stamp 1 year. It's mean if not receive Green card until move then address change must. Then my Plastic green card will be come new address.
