Du brauchst beide Urkunde... Sterbeurkunde (ddeath certificate of spouse) und Scheidungsurkunde (Final divorce decree), die Urkunden sollen im Original mit jeweils eine Kopie vorliegen, du bekommst die Urkunden am Tag des Interviews zurück.

Ich würde zwar liebend gern sofort rüber fliegen, sobald ich das Visum habe *knockonwood*, aber ich habe eine ziemlich lange Kündigungsfrist in meinem Job und bin eh auf deren guten Willen angewiesen, mich eher gehen zu lassen.

Ja bei mir würde verkürzt. Bei mir steht auf dem Visum  visa shortened due to medical validity. Wichtig ist auch wie lange deine noa2 gültig ist... Meine würde verlängert, gilt aber nicht lang wie mein Visum. 

Hallo!!! Visa approved!!! :-) Termin war heute um 7:30 Interview am Fenster um 8:20. Alles hat eine Stunde gedauert. Unbedingt appointments confirmation ausdrücken und mitnehmen, ich wurde nicht in der appointments Liste eingetragen, jedoch hat sich alles erledigt als ich meine Bestätigung gezeigt habe.

Fragen:

How die you meet your fiancee?

How did you get engaged and when?

When was the last time you saw your fiancee? 

Where does your fiancee live?

Weil ich geschieden bin..

When did you get your final divorce decree?

Do you or your fiancee have any children? 

Interview war auf Englisch, die erste zwei Frage habe ich ausführlich beantwortet. Die andere Frage kurz und knapp, weil es nicht viel zu erzählen gibt. 

Wenn man sehr gut english sprechen kann, soll man auf jeden Fall die Interview auf englisch auswählen... es geht ziemlich schnell. Die Konsulin ist sehr freundlich. (Brille und dunklere Haare).

Hallo!!! Ich brauche Hilfe, was soll ich auswählen um die Delivery Adresse zu registrieren.  Ich finde K1 visa nicht.

I saw Frankfurt is your Consulate. I had the same problem. Other Frankfurt filers just waited for four or five days and my package took so much longer. I started to worry if it was maybe lost in the mail and sent an email to the Consulate. They answered right away and extremely friendly that the package will be sent shortly. It was in the mail two days later....I would recommend to do the same just to be sure... They are really nice and friendly there and very helpful.

NOA2 3/6/18

NVC received our paper work on 3/20 and we received emails today that NCV processed everything on their part, and they are transferring the case to my fiancé’s country. The email to my fiancé said:

 

“The U.S. Embassy in FRANKFURT, GER approved your request for expedited processing of your immigrant visa application. The National Visa Center sent your petition to this U.S. Embassy for their action. The Embassy will contact you soon to schedule a visa interview.” 

 

We we didn’t apply for expedited processing, but we’ll take the blessing. Thank you God!

I hope you get your paket 3 fast, I'm still waiting for mine. Very frustrating.
