my wifes interview is on the 18th.... is there any fees there at embassy she will be required to pay?

Anybody that had interview in manila,Philippines know what they are saying wait times are after interview to receive passport back?

We are having issues with the NBI clearance ...its saying on https://ph.usembassy.gov/wp-content/uploads/sites/82/2016/08/IV-Applicant-Interview-Preparation-Instructions-08112016-English-365KB.pdf

that we need a NBI in her married and maiden name..... and also for travel purposes specifically.

however the issue we are having is on the site https://clearance.nbi.gov.ph  when we put married name and maiden name in the correct boxes it will default to her maiden name and cannot change it.  so how would we get an NBI in her married name?

also on this site https://clearance.nbi.gov.ph it did not have an option for travel abroad.   so on the scheduling it says multi purpose instead of for travel abroad purpose

If i can get some help on this I would appreciate it

Aos fees marked paid Saturday....over phone review on Friday...still waiting for IV to unlock.

couple questions

Should my current income match my last 3 pay stubs averaged and multiplied to reach yearly wage or go with 2017 tax return....neither would really make a difference on my end.

I'm using regular i-864 not i-864W says on travel.state.gov.... I Don't need relationship evidence for i-864.   should i at least put our babies birth certificate there as evidence?

Also when do we mail the package?

Got welcome letter today 3 day wait from case number.... I paid AOS FEE but  and IV is highlighted PAY NOW 

when i click it this pops up

Does the AOS need to be processed first before i can make that payment?

Is only the i-864 required for interview or is all the financial documents also required?

Also if I'm petitioning step daughter also would I need 2 copies of financial documents? 1 copy for my wife one for her

and my step daughters looks ok?   sorry ....this is a bit confusing says 1 for spouse but already counted on her affidavit on #29........ Is the NVC really that particular with this  if my cosponsor can probably sponsor 10 immigrants with his income?

We got our Medical Exam yesterday (Me and daughter). Mine was finished but my kid was not. There is a particular document they needed so they can proceed for the vaccines. 

The guy on evaluation section told me that we can proceed with the interview (July 17) but I have to get her passport back because of her unfinished Medical exam. I can get my Visa but she cannot,  until such time that the "Document" needed was submitted to them. That is the time I can go back to the embassy to submit the passport for Visa stamping. I don't even know if the Security guard on the US embassy will allow her to go inside because she has a lacking document (medical exam result).

 

Will I reschedule the interview? and is there a Fee for rescheduling? How much?

 

Any suggestions will be very much appreciated.....Ty ty ty

 

what document was they needing shot records? I will be going through this also with my wife and stepdaughter soon at the same medical facility

The dependent children is correct at 2 on my affidavit? my stepdaughter and my son that i stated before 

also on cosponsor's affidavit where would i put the remaining immigrant if they are filed separately..  I'm guessing for his would be 

29 would be my wife( immigrant #1)  cosponsor would be {2}  cosponsors wife would be {3} cosponsors son would be {4} and would my step daughter be on {5}?

Hi, im trying to figure out what the rules are on if i should put my son born to my wife that im sponsoring and traveling with her to the usa on my i-864 Affidavit of support.

My son has no Social security number and he was not claimed on my taxes... he is 5 months old  but has his CRBA and passport. we will get his SSN when he is in usa

I'm not sure since he is my son but he was not claimed on my taxes .. I'm sure the NVC would want that verified on tax returns.

What i have underlined seems to say no I dont but rapid visa is saying yes I do
