Welcome!
1. See the link, it's an example I-485 form and very helpful http://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-I-485.pdf
2. Read the sentence bottom of page 2 of the I-131 It says if you're not DACA, skip to part 7. I still filled out all of part 3.
Awesome! Thank you so much

Hello, trying to join the AOS June 2018 filers Lol, please could someone help me with this:
Filling out the I-485 form and we came across this question, "What is your current immigration status (if it has changed since your arrival?". At first I put "K1" but we are not married, please how should we answer this question?
Also, for the Advance Parole, do we have to attach a separate sheet of paper, explaining how I qualify for an Advance Parole Document . Part 7 page 4 on the I-131 Form.
Thank you

If you are changing from a K-1 visa to AOS, then you do not have to write an explanation why. The I-485 that you're submitting with it should be proof enough.
Thank you

Hi there, if you are filing based on your K1 visa, your response should be 1d, because you are applying to reinter the country in case you travel before you GC is approved.
Hello, please did you have to write an explanation as to why you qualify for Advance Parole (this is under Part 7)?

...because gosh darn was that quick!
I was looking for a queue or something to join, but there wasn't one, and as I approached the door to the security section, a lady opened it and said "Are you Jack?" to which I replied that I was, and she just said "Great, come on through." Didn't have to show any DS-160 or appointment letter or anything! It honestly happened so quickly that there's not a great deal to talk about. I seemed to be one of the only ones there as there was no queue to wait in! Just straight into the airport style security where I went through there no problem. The guard asked me to drink some of my water, I'm guessing to prove it's not poisoned or something?
Then I headed into the reception, they put a sticker on my letter and told me to go up to the first floor where another lady directed me towards the smaller waiting area off from the main room.
I sat down for less than 30 seconds before my number was called. Handed over my paperwork, did the fingerprints. He took the paystubs as well as the W2 and affidavit. Then I was told to sat back down.
Less than 2 minutes passed and I was called up again! Asked where my fiancé lived and what he does, when we met, and what my plan was for when I arrive in the US. She then told me my visa had been approved and that was it!
My appointment time was 11:30, I turned up at 11 and was out by 11:18. Crazy!
APPROVED OMG YAY <3Congratulations

Hmmm like a social security number from the beneficiary’s country?
Like how in the US we have Social Security Number, in the Beneficiary's country it could be called a National Identification Number. I hope that makes sense.

Guys what’s a national identification number when filling out ds 160? That’s not our alien number is it
That is if your beneficiary's country gives out national identification number. I know in Nigeria there isn't so we just checked off something that says "Does Not Apply" or so can't remember now.

Yeah I will. Will get back to you soon.
Hi,
So she said she answered "Do not intend" because no specific contribution will be made since they will be staying together. And if you answer "Do not Intend, you don't have to give an explanation. That the question doesn't really pertain to K1 visas.

Hi,
For the I134 form, page 4, item 38. it asks to select intend or do not intend to make specific contribution. I have searched online and I saw many people selected I intend, then in part7 additional information they put N/A k1 visa. any chance you can confirm with your friend ?
Yeah I will. Will get back to you soon.

Hi,
My contact answered "NONE"/ "N/A" in that section because it is only her fiancé she ever filed for.

Hi Guys,
in the form I134(Affidavit of support), it asks if we have submitted a visa petition to USCIS on behalf of someone... do we need to put the K1 beneficiary there( Fiance(e)) or this question is related to petitions we have submitted in the past not current one?
Yeah it means if you’ve submitted petitions in the past for someone else but please can you send a screenshot of the section you are talking about just to be sure I answered that correctly.

Yeah I just ignored that, will call them later this evening or tomorrow morning to see if they have assigned a case number.
An update... I called last night at like 5:30pm EST after work and they’ve assigned a case number.
Status still says “At NVC”

i called them but they just said it's still "at NVC". It's not ready yet. So that's why the email is confusing.
I would say you should try calling them again and letting them know about the email you receive, maybe they will be explain more in detail.
I mean that's if you haven't called after you got the email.
