Hello guys, 9th June case was received. It’s early morning in New Zealand, I got my first call from my fiancé and today on the occasion of our three year relationship anniversary our case was approved. We have a 17 year age difference and A same sex couple. Moreover I m a third national means my passport is Indian though I m a student in Nz and have applied here.
So all all the odd ones out we got approved and I m sure everyone of you will be. Just pray god! Pray as hard as you can. You will be approved. I got approved on 185 days.

Case was received on June 9 and NOA1 on 14th June, 171 days running as according to The app. I am hoping something to hear by this week. Finger cross. Praying and praying, so hard. Finger cross this part is so wrecking.

@John & Rose we filed our case on June 9 and NOA1 on 14th June, 166 days running to be precise from filing date. Please help us to understand how long do we have to wait? Plus I the beneficiary is in third country, as I am Indian citizen in student visa in nz. I have still have days for my visa expiry and I extend after that. Just curious because I so want to be with my partner. We already met thrice during our wait period. I am not able to wait anymore

137 days since we submitted our file. Received noa1, still no sign of noa2. The USCIS current processing status show April 1 and have been like that since a week? What’s your update guys
