  1. So it seems, that since we scheduled our embassy appointment earlier and before the paperwork arrived,  trying to reschedule online we are locked out. Calling is an endless busy signal. I personally went to embassy only to be told that need to call or go through email support.

    https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?eQs=WwjqOlbeRYzCYubaSQI+RA==

Track your case and wait for "Ready" before you start making a date with embassy interview,  or it will cost you time..

Some things take patience,  don't rush like we did..

  2. CEAC status is ready😊

Heading to Manila  in few hours back in Philippines..😎

And we will try to schedule appointment interview, hopefully the morning that I return to USA so I can go with her...

    CFO is tomorrow morning.

  3. Fiance is trying to reschedule appointment interview.

She was able to make appointment 2 weeks ago, but we were too early for our paperwork had not arrived to embassy as of then.

NVC status is now "in transit", and she even has an email confirmation from NVC that paperwork has been sent to USEM.

We are trying to set up her next appointment online, but we are having problems when entering her receipt number saying error MRV .

    Currently we are in Macau.

Could it be that since we are in Macau, that the registration for appointment might not take?

We will back in Manila tomorrow mid day.

  4. If we take the CFO class/seminar  pre embassy interview  and the passport is in hand at CFO, will the sticker be placed at completion of CFO?

Also, do we need to arrive early to CFO,

We thought we saw something about that..

    Sept 7th CFO am session

  5. We just hit the speed bump,

We scheduled interview, but  packet not at embassy yet.

So reschedule when we can confirm ready..

Oh well, 30 days speedy plans not here for us..

And she will have to fly to USA without me..into Honolulu..direct flight so it will be easy, and she has traveled out of country so she understands immigration

It's just sad, there are people waiting before me too - but the working of USCIS is simply pathetic + they don't give any answers - just keep WAITING AND WAITING AND WAITING....

I have actually no hopes now, don't know when will the approval come.

I agree it's not good. Seems like they don't know that they r playing with our lives. Can't do anything organized and telling lies all the time...

I feel for you guy...it was very painful..

Hopefully things will come very soon for you guy..

Once things do come, its a whirlwind..things go fast fast..

Hopefully this week for the December filers..

St. Lukes is first come first served. Best days are Wed and Thurs as Mon and Tues the K2's are there because they don't results for three days so Mom's like to go on Monday and Tuesday so they don't have any problems.

If you want to you could do St. Lukes on Monday and Tues even with all the others and then Wed do CFO and Thurs/Fri do the interview. 2 weeks later you have the visa in hand. Return back to CFO for the sticker and then to the airport for the flight out of the Phil. Very doable. That is if she doesn't have any medical issues like TB.

Jesicca has child and we are doing K-2 for her.  So extra day of process for K-2 child..ok..

I like how you have everything lined up..

I arrive this month, 22..and leave mid Sept 11..so the time frame  has some flex.

Her tickets are not purchased as of yet..but mine are.

  8. YeaH!!!😊

On hold for 1 hour(speakerphone), but yeah...we were assigned a case number already...

I asked Jesicca last week to just quit her job so she can do the running around..for I want to go fast...

Now with case number,  things are going fast..

I arrive in Manila on 22nd...so we have time to get a few things done...

she has time to do things before I arrive..

BTW, ST. Luke's is closed Aug 21 and Aug 27, due to Holidays

IF all goes well...she might be on the same flight as me as I return...:joy::yes:

I am also Dec 7, and still waiting..  I may just be thinking too much but is there a pattern here?  Did they lose or accidentally spilled coffee on series of Dec 7th files?  I see a lot of Dec 7 NOA1's still pending with no progress whatsoever.  This is very frustrating.

Sorry to hear that Dec 7 was not a good day..Dec 6(We) got by..with RFE

Its been 14 days NOA2 and NVC still has not received information so yet no case numbers for Us

Hang in there Gang, we will all make it through...

Visa fee is $265 per person, no matter age.  No fee with the DS-160

    More info here:  http://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/k-1-visa-application.html

St. Luke's medical fee is listed near the top of the page   http://www.slec.ph/us-visa-applicants.shtml#required-docs

CFO fees are listed on their website

    https://cfo.gov.ph/gcp.html

    http://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/cfo-orientation-seminar.html

Travel tax is P1620 for adult, P810 for child

Thank you so much for that information..for I did get a brain freeze searching for all these fees...and was not sure if I pay 2 times or if there was carry over...

  11. Hi,

I am trying to find fees for K-1 and K-2

The daughter is 6 years old.

    D-160

    St. Lukes

I think even airport tax has K-1 leaving fee of 1600peso or so while K-2 should be 850ish since under age..

I need to wire some money..and want to make sure we have funds there to pay those fees.

Once you receive your case number it's time to be in charge of what time you choose when things get down. To smooth that trail for your I have a few things that will help you process your visa there in the Philippines.

Start by visiting Hanks site where he has taken the time and research, and of course it helps if you spent 8 plus years helping folks in the Philippines sub-forum get their visas, where he has listed each step. With those steps he includes the what, when and why to completing the item. Many have used the website and have had little or NO problems securing a visa from USEM.

    http://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/k-1-visa-application.html

Next you'll want to connect with those who are processing through the Philippines in the VJ Philippines sub-forum that way you will be with like minded ppl who are sharing their experiences and also asking and answering questions. Since most in this thread are processing through another country they would be hard pressed to explain what is needed for the Philippines.

    http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/129-philippines/

You'll find this on Hank's website but I will give it to you early and that is the Packet 3 Letter for USEM. It's found here:

    https://ph.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiancee-visa/the-interview/

Here is the Packet 3 letter.

There you have it. Everything you need to get your visa. Good luck and smooth sailing.

So start is case number..and this guideline

Is there a fast way to get the case number?  and what is average days of getting this number..

    Thank you again..
