Just got my email to check my status on the site..

We just got approved.....

RFE 6/26 and returned it 7/20

RFE asked for and was hard to get Certified Police documents about my past from 30 years ago and then some..😕

I was really scared that my past could of interfered with the approval, even if I passed the test in the criminal portion of the I-129

Some stupid past mistakes that anyone could of done for shits and giggles stuff..🤪

(I even added a few fresh new pictures of my last visit 2/17-2/24, 4 pictures of me proposing to Jesicca in front of her family at a special location just before I left for the airport)(along with copy of my airline itinerary and copy of passport's new stamps)

So now we are approved and its time to prepare for the next step..

You failed to answer all the questions of Form I-129.  USCIS cannot complete processing of your request until Part 3, Question 4.a Is answered and your response documented.

I got an RFE on June 20 (the date listed on the website).  Submitted response on July 17 (again the date they acknowledged receipt).  So I guess technically they approved mine 8 days after receiving my response.

 

Case was approved on July 25th.  The RFE required original court records of 2 misdemeanor charges from the 90s.

I don't think I can start this process again,  if they do not re-open the case, I will be moving there instead.  Another 9-10 months are just to much right now to even consider it.

Has this happened to anyone else, or with Every RFE, did everyone sign them..  I sent in my RFE and I did not sign mine.  They received my papers a week ago Friday, without any signatures on any of extra evidence needed.

one case was no contest turned excused without predigest

but they want me to send them all "Certified records" and

if records not available..Certified Not available..2 week delay or a month ..for I just got back from courts on inquiry..

Uhg..my past comes back to haunt me..

Guess I will be waiting for my records so I can certify and then waiting for the Judgement when I send it in..

They need certified copies of all my arrests, DUI and 3 minor charges, Disord Conduct, Harrassment, and Crim Tress..and the final dispositions of all charges..ranging from 1985-2000

Stupid mistakes of years past makes for skeletons in the closet that haunt me..
