Hello everyone! Sorry been MIA . I receive my NVC case for both of my parents last night via email. Paid both fees for both of them however i just realize  after submitting the payment that i supposed to choose an agent and address before paying but when i click the tab (choice of agent and address) nothing happens? I hope i didnt do anything wrong. 🤦‍♀️ Goodluck everyone!!

I also live in California, my I-130 has the priority date of 09/21/18, it was routed to Texas Service Center since I live in California. 

Was yours processed at texas service center too?

I am so nervous right now and hopefully i will get the NOA2 in march, 2019 which is approximately 6 months after submitting the petition like yours.

Did you recieve your mom case number via email or did you call them? 

My application was sent to NVC on Jan. 17 and NVC recieved my application on Jan. 28 but NVC told me to wait up to 8 weeks for my case number.  🤦‍♀️

I received a RFE for my father's application in late December wherein they wanted proof of parentage since my birth certificate did not have my parents last names (that was not the norm at the time I was born). I have since submitted the proof they requested and am waiting for status of my dad's application.

 

My mom's application, however, has had no movement since June 2018. Last NOA1 update shows June 5, 2018.  Today's date on USCIS website shows I-130 being processed at TSC are for June 1, 2018. So, I went ahead with attempting to request a status update on my case by clicking the form for case "Outside Normal Processing Time". However, upon doing do, I received the message:

 

""Your application or petition is currently within the posted processing times. An inquiry may not be created at this time. Further information about recent processing times can be viewed on the uscis.gov webpage."

 

Questions: 

1. How can I get a status update on my mom's application? Is there a number I should call instead, should I try to take an infopass appointment, or should i ask my congressman?

2. How long after submitting proof for my dad's application RFE can I expect a response?

1.) Unfortunately all you can do is wait. Even if you call USCIS they will tell you that your application is within the normal processing time. And I dont recommend contacting congressman unless its way  out of the normal process. 

2.i had RFE  for both of my parents. Both application was approved in a week when they got my RFE.

Hello june filers! Im US citizen filimg for my parents. Sent my I-130 application  june 28  at Phoenix Az, and they recieved my application june 29, my application was transfer to Texas Service Center,i got my NOA1 today. Priority date June 29,2018, and the waiting game begins!!

Hello! I just want to thank everyone in this forum!  I might not that active but i always visit this page. You guys help me alot! I took an oath yesterday! Thank God!  I had my n400 on june 6 i passed but decision cannot be made because of my i-751 , the next day june 7 my i751 is approve and on june 16 i got my letter oath ceremony for june 21,. Im so thankful with the immigration officer .he made everything easy for me!  i saw him on my oath taking ceremony too. Glad im able to thank him personally!  I cried so hard! For those still waiting just be positive! Goodluck and Congratulations in advance!

Thank you for your response, thats my problem too, i dont have a lawyer but im starting to think of getting one. 😭, ive been calling the USCIS   the last few months but i dont get any valid answer on whats going on my case, i made an appointment with my USCIS on the 26th, and if nothing will happen, il get a lawyer 😭

Hi everyone. Im new in this site, i have been reading this thread and  i have a similar situation, i have pending i751 and n400, i filed my i751 august 4 2016 and n400 august 28, 2017, my i751 still no update, biometrics done and  ive been in line for interview since sept 28 2017. I called about my i751 have 2 case number but currently not assigned for processing, and my file still on CSC center. But most of you was transferred file on local center,   I dont know to do anymore 😭 any advice? will greatly appreciate it!!!
