thank you much!, I will start working on getting her ITIN and file jointly. I will be traveling to see her shortly so if they need her passport, i can bring it with me ( i will travel before her interview)

I have filed I-130 for my wife and we are waiting for approval (expected April 23rd-30th). She is in a foreign country. I am about to go file my taxes and wanted to ask what option should I file with? Married filing separately or do I file as single? Also do I get a tax number for her and file taxes for her as well?

I have a I130-Spouse of USC at potomac with PD of 10/19. Seems like Potomac is starting to drag a bit from what was ~180 days processing time. Hoping it wont get any worse. Good luck everyone!
