  1. Greetings , if you can help with some questions regarding upcoming aos interview. I posted on forum but not many help feed back.

The checklist provided by uscis in notice of action is asking for completed examination form i693 unless already submitted.

we are not sure if that was the vacination documentation worksheet completed prior k1 visa interview at St lukes medical center in the philippines. We submitted the sealed envelope to the officer at the point of arrival.

    Thank you

Sorry for being redundant and bothersome, i jsut want to clarify to ease the nerves.

We do not have to provide i693 nor go get updated medical examination and vaccines from a civil surgeon?

Thank you so much for your time and patience. ❤️

  2. Hey Geowrian, for past weeks of searching about similar cases with co sponsors being needed for k1 visa philippines, i noticed to see your comments regarding the issue. I would like to ask your opinion on my situation. Heres a summary of my situation. I the petitioner, am 23 years old, Filipino American male currently in Nursing school hoping to graduate in a year. So because of being a full time college student , I was not able to work previous years. I recently found employment working as a patient care tech at a hospital December 11, 2017 making 12 dollars an hour and working full time 36 hours a week night shifts. That way im able to still continue nursing school and work night shifts in hopes that i will have current income and proof of employment going into the embassy interview. I am afraid that because i do not show previous years of any tax returns that meet the requirment due to me being a fulltime nursing student, the consulate will reject our petition.  I am hoping my father, who is also a nurse and makes well above the income requirment will be accepted as cosponsor just incase my recent job and income isnt sufficient enough. My father , who i am really close to , would love to help sponsor my fiance. Going into the interview, i will just have recent pay stubs, tax return from my first paycheck from december 2017, employer letter stating proof of current employment , how much im projected to make in a year, and my permanent position at the hospital, a letter explaining reason why im unable to show tax returns from previous year because i was a full time college student, my father explanation and proof to help co sponsor. We are expecting noa 2 around end of march -  early april.

What do you think about my situation? Do you think our case will be allowed a cosponsor if consulate wont accept my proof of income? Ive been losing sleep over this and its affecting my ability to well in nursing school and at work. Thank you for your time and input.
