The process is stressful, but we are reaching the end, the worst part was when we were starting the process right, all the pathway in front of us, that meantime between NOA1 and NOA2! 

NVC stage is smooth, and will be fastest than our road thru USCIS!

many thanks! this process has been very distressing for me, but thank God everything is fast in nvc, this long wait is almost over for all, of course I stay in this thread!

after this long waiting, finally i have my case number and invoice ID! on april 10 ! april 11 choose agent and pay AOS fee and yesterday they send me a letter that say pay applicant visa form! im so excited!

 NVC JUST TOOK 5 WEEKS AND 5 DAYS TO GAVE ME MY CASE NUMBER !

I do not know how nvc filers I belong to, my case was received by nvc on March 1st but they gave me my case and invoice number on April 10th, someone that tells me which one I belong to? and thanks

If you don't get your case number within 2 weeks they will escalate it to a supervisor. They should take down the petitioner and beneficiary info to do that. Once it is escalated they will tell you that the supervisor has upto 6 weeks to create a case..mine was escalated on 23rd feb, still no Case #....so I don't know if it works or not..others say that it does

If they do not give me my case number, they send it to a supervisor? I do not understand, could you please explain?

i just called now, my case was send february 21 and they say was received march 1 and told me call march 15 to get it in the system and gave me my case number i hope it soon! hope to you too!

My case was send to the department of state after only one week to be approved, God is good 

Finally i was APPROVED!!!!!!!!  after 9 months in texas, they send me a request of evidence , send it day after, and only wo weeks to get approved! im so happy God is good ! may 2 2017 Cr1

i received a rfe today after have 8 months in texas pd may 2 i dont know yet what they want

8 months now and still waiting my aprobation

Status change 2 weeks ago saying name was update and email that Day my case is in initial review people told me is a good thing but not receive my approbation I´m so sad 214 days now may 2 Texas Service Center 😞😞

Seriously everything is taking longer than usual....but still waiting and checking everyday.

I filed for my mum and she was granted a visa and now its my husband's turn ,hopefully next year ,I will get approval letter....I don't like texas,Nebraska but Potomac service center are doing great and work faster.Good luck to May Filer..Texas please speed up a little.Jebal🙏
