  1. I received my NOA1 for the 485, EAD, and AP a while ago. My biometrics was done this past Wednesday.

What is this page 12? I understand there is no page 12 so where is this section on the current I-864 version you speak of?

on I-864 if you delate the name at the last page, page 12 part 11, then the name is delate also on prt 4 page 3.

many people make that mistake and then they get rfe for that reason.

that happened to my cousin, we though all was ok, but when they got rfe we found out that we delate the sponsor name on page 12 part 11, that made delate the name also at page 3

  2. I received an RFIE the other day for our I-864. I attached images here stating what they asked for. I am a very meticulous person so I swear that I signed the I-864; none of the pages were missing and that the version I used IS valid. In addition, I have to send a bunch of other things to (again, see image). Just to be clear, this has nothing to do with my income or tax related documents, correct? I am composing a cover letter and this is what I am going to include in this RFIE:

    ·      Completed form I-864 With signature and date

    ·      Copy of Request for Initial Evidence

    ·      2017 tax documents and W2

    ·      2016 tax documents and W2

    ·      2015 tax documents and W2

    ·      Certificate of Employment

    ·      Copy of passport biographical page (U.S. citizen)

    ·      Copy of birth certificate (U.S. citizen)

    ·      Bank statements

Any and all advice is most welcome!

  4. Hello!

So I am trying to schedule my fiancé's medical at the SLEC here in Manila. One of the documents they require when showing up is the NVC letter with our Manila case number. I'm currently here in the Philippines to help get everything sorted and I do not have the option of returning home to wait for the letter to make its way to my mailbox. I called USCIS (the number where we call to get our case number initially) to ask if I could get an email of the document with the case number on it but they said they couldn't provide it because it hasn't left the facility. What does this mean and what can I do next? I'm really keen on starting this process right away... Thank you!

  5. Hi everyone!

I'm from Guam and my beneficiary is from the Philippines. We are a young gay couple (both in our mid-20s) and met like so many young people do nowadays—on a social dating app. We met in early April when I was on a solo holiday and ended up coming by three or four times before coming every week (yes, I travel to see him every weekend) beginning in August. We decided to tie the knot Labor Day weekend and sent our packet off and received our NOA1 on September 13. I intend to continue seeing him regularly until we I receive the NOA2 which we are hoping to get around mid-February (super optimistic I know but hopeful)... The passion and effort some of you put into compiling this data does not go unrecognized and I look up and admire you all! I can't wait for that day when I can come back to this forum with good news for myself and I can't wait for that day for each and every one of you as well :)
