that may be the least of your worries. the waiting part after that is the most stressful part. you will be at the mercy of how fast they process your application. patience is the key also maitain a healthy mindset.

k1 visa processing are taking longer these days. some users have waited over 217 days after noa1.. k1 used to be the fastest visa a while ago not anymore... after 200 days of waiting for a k1 visa when its supposed to be faster. the waiting is the more stresfful part. because there is not much you can do but keep waiting. personally ircr1 is better for me. there is waiting but at the end your partner will benefit from it. unable to drive until aos is received or working or traveling does have an effect on some people.  good luck on this whole process.. this journey is a really tough one. 

k1 times are slower than ever.. they are now taking as long as ircr1.... hang in there 

our was received on oct 15 and still no case number for ircr1.  they said it may take up to december 15... keep calling aslo start prepraing for next stage

finances are important in relationship. 50k in debt is also his debt he needs to understand its not just your debt. the debt will affect both of you not just him. you need financial counseling otherwise you marriage will go thru serious issues. 

what if they have their own i130 approved? are they counted on this household size sicne they will be receiving their own i864 form completed?

if the dependents were not claimed as dependents on income tax return. do those still count as depentedents here in household size???

that would make my household size a 6??

thanks for answer.. very confusing... for number 6 i had previously sponsored ex wife and her 2 kids.... would number 6 be a 3. since there were 3 people sponsored on previous k1 and k2.

6. (0 )     (if you  have sponsored any other persons on form i 864 or form i864ez who are now laful permanent residents enter number her) ex wife and kids did not receive the removal of conditions cancelled after divorce)

they are still in usa so i should count them on my i864 when i count the household size?

im confused on part 3 of affidavit of support. 

im sponsoring wife and stepdaughter. they are both traveling at same time. each has their own petition approved. 

do i just check of box 2  that says im sponsoring the following family members immirating at the same time ?  the do not include any relatinve on a separate visa petition is throwing me off

past is past. you should always be upfront with the truth in relationships. if you belive in hiding important details from your fiancee. how will your future relationship be built up on.

how can i confirm if i need a second co sponsor. i make about 50k per year.  i am sponsoring my wife and step daughter. but from previous k1 petition i had been a sponsor for ex wife and 2 kids. do i need a co sponsor? or do i pass the poverty line at 50k

does anybody know what kind of document is required for step child interview for I 130 that is signed by father to allow child to leave country?

key thing is to be patient. this journey is not an easy journey

divorce was finalized 1 year after 751 was filed. since we no longer married its not a joint petition anymore. uscis agreed and withdrew the petition. her lawyer is helping her refile a new petition using divorce decree. 

im not going to write one unless uscis asks for explanation. i heard from a close friend of hers that she was sending letters to governor and uscis stating that she went thru hardship with our marriage and i threatened to call immigration on her. witch never happened.  i never cancelled her removal of conditions because it was filed under herself.  i just hope that her letters dont interfere with my current i130 application that is pending. 

is it necesarry to write letter to uscis to explain past relationship to ex wife and why the divorce was processed.  knowing my ex wife she will or probably has written letters to anybody she can claiming she was a victim. uscis has got to hear both sides of the story not just one. 

any thoughts please advise.

i filed for divorce because she was caught sleeping around.

anything is possible. you know once you are in colombia its tough to leave. life is different there and food is great. you know the visa journey is a tough one. your wife has a chance of being naturalized. why not get the naturalization done first. she can have dual citizenship colombia and us that way she does not loose her colombian rights and have to pay taxes as a foreigner.
