It really went well, the CO just ask the normal questions: Whis is inviting you to the US , Her name , How do u met, when do u see in person , When do u get marry , has she being married before, did she has a kid if yes what’s hthere names, where does she work, her position and she went thru the wedding pictures and  it was approved 

I had my interview this morning and I was approved.

DHL msg, passport ready for collection.

They only need the petitioner to submit tax papers for the most recent year. The other two are optional. If what she's making this year is higher than the poverty line then you guys might not need a joint sponsor. Just out of curiosity do you know why the joint sponsor you had was refused? It might not be that important to you now, but maybe it can help others here on VJ.

No. We have not received anything from USCIS.  This is month four now. I was told by USCIS that it could take up to six months minimum before hearing back. My husband and I keep encouraging each other by saying often that each day that passes brings us one step closer. That's what keeps me going.

Truth over anything, don´t feel bad for that, you know who is seeing your truth over all things: GOD!
 
On the other hand, the doctor, also know that you were saying the truth and that counts, you forgot to mention a medication but
it is not that deliberately you didn´t tell her abt NSAID´s !
Trust in God, make a pray and will wait about it ok, please,let us know thew result of the interview, I really, from the bottom of my hearth wish you good luvk and your approval ok! I will set on the notifications for this thread.

Trust me, I know how stressful it can be. I've been on this immigration journey for my husband since sept 2015 and now its near the end. Lets pray for a good Christmas gift of interview appointments  lets keep positive thinking!!!

2.How you met on FB how you find her? She came up on my as someone I might know. (We had mutual friends
I gave the answer to the two questions above so you all will know they will ask this if you met on FB)
3. Are either of you been divorced?
4. Do you have any kids
5. Do you have pictures 
6. Asked about the people in the pictures
7 asked to see witnesses to marriage
8. Which picture is his favorite 
Then said you are approved!!!

We had the interview today!!! Approved!!! Thank you Jesus!!! I will update VJ timeline later today. 

Interviewed in Lagos this morning, Visa Approved.

had my interview yesterday.  And i got approved.
Questions are as follows.
 
Have you ever traveled out side your country? Police certificate ? How you met your wife? what is she doing? how many people attended your wedding? pictures Any one from USA attended your  marriage? what are you doing here? They said we are keeping your passport you are approved and will get your passport in 14 days.
 
Since yesterday my CEAC status is showing AP is it normal ?

Hi dear, I understand your frustration, but Interviews date are not in the power of lawyers. No one controls Interviews beside the embassy, and I think they do by available spots. Guatemala seems to be pretty tough now looking at the spreadsheet. We came a long way. We’re closer than few months ago. Hang in there sister, it will all be over pretty soon

Interview yesterday!! Today status is issued!!!

Just got interview date for January 2nd !!!! so exited !!! 

My husband just had his interview in Lagos. We were approved!!! What an awesome birthday gift and Christmas gift!!!
