hi one thing that helped my fiance and us in interview was having print out of all our conversations we had in facebook, I prepared all including pictures and everything i did some editing on it to make the fonts and images smaller so it wont take much paper but still over 900 pages half of it double side... they told her that it seems you really love each other and they actually read some of it randomly, also be relax and be yourself, you dont lie, and be informed about your application and everything you filled in your papers and the letter you wrote to them, you will get it. you know why you are coming to US right? to get married and grow a family with your beloved fiance, (not husband) take care

The actual I-693 instructions state you do not need another medical if you had yours overseas within a year of filing for AOS. This gets asked about a lot here on VJ. You can do a search here to find more threads about the topic. Also, there is an AOS forum too: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/7-adjustment-of-status-green-card-from-family-based-visas/
You do not need a medical, and you may not need to see a civil surgeon at all. If you had all the required vaccinations at the time of your medical and they are all marked off on your DS-3025, then skip the civil surgeon and just send in a copy of your DS-3025. Here are details of how to know if your DS-3025 is ok to send alone or not : http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/335754-ds-3025-complete-or-not/page__p__4971318#entry4971318

I can't say anything for sure, but as far as I know you're right. You need to pay first then only choose a day of your interview. Cuz I did it that way when was applying for B1/B2 visa. I guess you can make a new thread so as someone can give you a better advice.  best of luck!

V and E reacted to Peot in i-134 Dependents Section
It is  In-Home Supportive Services which is basically a wage paid to those who are disabled and of low-income a way to maintain a household safely.

The actual form for poverty level is here:  https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p. Use caution when relying on third-party websites for this kind of information! It changes frequently and the USCIS has the correct information always.

As the income supplement is provided to low-income individuals, it's unlikely you will meet those guidelines @Vazric (forgive me if this isn't the case), but it might be a red flag in any case. It might be a good idea to find a co-sponsor for a second I-134.
