Well, over 13 months for me and no word from Texas center. We are still praying and hopeful.

I am glad I am not the only one waiting, mine is Texas service center. We’ve not been approved!

Could you please share the link on how I can check where my case is? We’ve been waiting for Texas service center since August 2021, first actively review in December 2021 and it’s over a year now and no word.

Well, I’ve tried asking Emma and I don’t understand how it works. Or maybe I typed a wrong format. Let’s just pray the approvals comes quickly.

Mine is since August 23rd 2021, Texas center and it’s a year and 2 weeks but no approval. It’s so exhausting!

I do understand how you feel. I feel same way too because I am August 2021 filer and I have been on actively reviewed since December 2021 & I can’t file a complaint till November 16 to be outside normal processing time. That will be 15 months. It’s tiring! We also tried to expedite our case but no response since 3 weeks ago. I pray something positive comes soon.

Sorry about how you feel. But, you’re not alone. My PD is 23rd August 2021. It’s a year now and no response since we received our first AR in Dec 2021. We sent in request for expedite since 2 weeks ago and no response as well. We are hopeful too. Please be hopeful.

i filed August 23-2021. Got the first actively review Dec 2021 and I’m still waiting to hear from USCIs. Do we file expedite or keep waiting. Please help I’m tired.

    We rebutted the consular's findings and the case has been reaffirmed and sent back to the embassy for another interview.

congratulations on your reaffirmed case. You might need to get a joint sponsor, once you get one you’re good to go. 

Please how long did it take for your case to be reaffirmed from the time you rebutted? 

Which of the service center? 

Its been 5months plus since we rebutted and nothing is been heard. Our service center is Nebraska!
