My interview was on oct 21, still waiting for oath date. Some of relatives who had interview on Nov 15th already got the Oath date. My greencard is expired and they won't send me a new one because "I am in line for oath". My driver's license is expired. I called multiple times not fruitful at all
Finally got the date. Oath ceremony scheduled for December 16th.

Anyone whose N400 was approved on Oct 19 or before is still waiting for the oath letter? I am not sure if anything can be done to help expedite the process, like give the uscis a call? or send them a message through the uscis online account?

congrats AKKH. That's great. My family got interviewed in last week of Oct in Chicago and all have "Oath to be scheduled" status, but so far, no update online on oath. Is there a specific time the USCIS online portal updates during the day or is it random?
Congratulations AKKH.
@suvusa same here. I had interview on October 21st. Approved, in line for oat on oct 27th. And no updates about oath date yet. .

Drivers license expired too, can’t renew it!
We are in exact same boat!! My extension letter will also expire in 2 days.
But I think, I saw a post somewhere ( not exactly sure where) it said they do renew drivers license based on i797 notice. I was thinking to put request for i551 stamp too, thank you for saving my efforts

Any further updates on oath ceremonies scheduling?
One of my friends had interview yesterday and IO mentioned to them that they will get notice within 21 days. It's been 21 days for me since the interview and nothing yet.

Anyone received oath ceremony dates recently?

Mine says Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled and my case is at Brooklyn field office,NY
I think then quality check is already done. I called USCIS and they informed that the request to be scheduled has already been placed for the case. It's matter of availability at court house.

Oh hopefully you will get good news soon.mine case also went for quality review
So what does your status say now? Mine said quality check and then updated to oath ceremony will be scheduled on the same day. Just like five minute difference. Also, what field office you have your case at?

Unless your interview was officially canceled in writing you should go to the interview with your spouse as scheduled.
You don’t want to miss an i751 interview, even if it is an error by USCIS. Better to go and get turned away than not showing up with an officer waiting for you.
Thank you! I got an update for n400 status today which says oath ceremony will be scheduled. No updates on i751 yet.

Interesting... It sounds like they have approved the I751, but maybe not updated the online status.
Even so, if it was me, I'd still go along to the interview to be safe, as worst case, they just send you home.
I agree. It makes sense. I will do the same if no status updates until Friday.
Thank you!

If you didn't receive any notification, I would suggest you go for the 10/29 and see what they have to say and then use the opportunity to ask about your N400 case.....
Thank you! I just received n400 status update today to "oath ceremony will be scheduled". No updates on i751 still.

That's a tough one. If it was me, I'd go along to the interview (with my spouse) if you haven't heard anything by 10/29 or received an official notice that the interview has been cancelled.
Hopefully both N-400 and I-751 will be approved before then though. Keep an eye on your online service for updates.
Thank you!
My n400 status changed to "Oath ceremony will be scheduled" today. No changes in i751 status still.

Hello everyone one. I had my interview just yesterday for n400. I cleared the tests, IO was formal and nice but said he'll push for approval once my background check is complete. He further added that I should get mail saying oath ceremony was scheduled in 15 days approx but hand me the form with" No decision can be made". Should I worried my case will be stuck? Is there anyone here to whom IO gave same answer?
Also, I had n400 interview on 10/21. I751 is scheduled on 10/29. However, IO mentioned that he will clear i751 notice with n400 and I do not have to appear for interview on 10/29. If I do not receive any updates until then, should I go to interview or no? My green card along with extension letter will expire on Nov 20th.
Please help me what should I do for 29th.
I am scared reading the posts here that my case is probably going to be stuck.
My local office was Chicago for the reference
