Hey all! We got a RFE this week and I'm confused as how to respond. I'm going to call them but was hoping someone could give some insight.

It says we need more proof as to how we established our relationship and they also want forms to prove the site we met on isn't considered an international  marriage broker. We met on a random chat that connected to hundreds of different sites and doesn't even exist anymore (It was almost 6yrs ago). Any advice?

Got an RFE notification from the app. We're just waiting on the letter. It seems like August got a lot of RFE's.😒😒

At least we know our app is being looked at.

I'm going to visit my fiance (usa to au) next month for 2 weeks. It won't hurt anything if our noa2 sits in my mail box for a day or two will it? My area doesnt do registered mail so my house sitter will be getting the mail.

So I was checking out other files months and people in May (11-12th was the latest i saw) are now receiving their noa2s!! We're finally off of April so at least that's some good news for Everyone! Gotta celebrate the small victories right lol

I am calm but thanks 🖒 if you're June and looking at 6months then us August fliers are probably in the same boat since we filed after you. My estimated time is a solid 6 months and growing  from when I applied.

first it was dec 16 and dec 22

then it went to dec 22 and dec 26

then it went to dec 29 and jan 2

 

now its January 

not happy about this at all! these government workers need to stop talking with other coworkers and get their jobs done! ever been to the post office?? I bet its the same atmosphere! lazy a$$e$

We got moved from Dec to jan and this week pushed back into February. Somethings obviously going on since approval numbers have gone down and everyone is getting pushed back.

I see people saying they got a text and email before the hard copy of their noa1. I didn't get a text or email. I just got a letter in the mail. Is that odd? 

We got our noa1 in the mail today! Super excited but the wait time for the noa2 is going to drive me nuts lol

Hi!  tracking said our package got to texas the 28th. We picked a really crappy time to send it. Hopefully it wasn't too water damaged. Anyone know what the average wait time is? I heard is 3 months  between the I 129f and the next step.
