You can remove conditions on a LPR card after divorce, with a divorce waiver and providing evidence the relationship was bona fide.

as to what you should do regarding your situation, that’s something you’ll need to figure out. The pursuit of happiness is in the Declaration of Independence, so pursue your happiness.

We have joint bank account some pictures of our vacation we filed tax return together, That’s all evidence I have

Hi everyone I need some help. I am permanent resident in California. I came here 1 year ago. My visa category  is 1r1 which is conditional residence. I have a good relationship with my wife but my wife family doesn’t want me and my wife to live separate, and the reason is my wife earns a lot. She works for department of homeland security and her parents want her money. I earn average. They are just making excuses with my job that you don’t earn a lot and we can’t let you live separate. Even we both earn enough where we can easily live separate. My wife doesn’t want to go with me  because of their parents they provoke her against me . Her parents specially his dad is so annoying he just want me to follow his rules which I don’t want. As a paksitani Muslim background no one treats her son in law the way they treat me.. in this condition I want to leave my wife and go back to my country . I just want to know is there any other way where I can still live in America with my green card.? Coz I have to remove my condition too for 10 years permanent green card

My God knows my intention I want to live with my wife but if my wife doesn’t want to live with me because of their parents then what should I do? Who will give me justice ?

It was filed months before the decree was issued.  I sent them all to NVC including the original filed documents from my attorney showing the time line of almost two years it took for my divorce to become final.

I was just confused why they wanted to see it again.. what would any of that information have to do with my husband getting his visa?  To prove I own the house I live in?  Maybe I'm thinking too deep.

I am in shock by hearing all of this. I had a high aim that this time your husband will get his visa.but unfortunately  its hard to swallow that they put him in AP again. So infront of you today .were they giving hard time  to every  male applicants ? Or some male applicants got approved too? Infront of you ? As you said you were the last one.i am in deep shock. My interview is coming so i am so afraid too .obviously we all facing hard time by living far from our love ones .i will pray for both of you guys  that this AP should not go for a year. It should  resolve with in days.and inshallah allah pak will help you guys.just stay strong best wishes for both of you .may allah keep both of you together.

don't forget to submit it without I864A form, if the sponsor filing Tax Rturn  Jointly. It happened with us we only submitted I864  unti we got the email from islamabad embassy(after 25 days) to submit I864A to process our case. Which I m going to send now and hope to get visa.(INSHA ALLAH)

You still at nvc process ?

CO asked for new joint sponsor. We already submitted documents and embassy confirmed documents were received and pending for review.but our medical is going to be expired next week. Should I have to pay again medical fees and even ds 260 fees also if time has passed

If one year passed  then you have to submit ds260 again. Right  now embassy will need medical from you coz its going to be expired next week

We haven't received interview letter yet...(I called NVC and asked if it was scheduled.) Good luck to you!

    Yes I had to...

I received interview  letter  through email yesterday  .now today i booked my appointment  for medical .
