Just an update: Today I did received an email with a tracking number for a document they sent my husband by DHL it doesn’t specify what it is though I’m hopeful that it’s some sort of good news but I just don’t know what it could be it has been almost 2 months and a half since we sent the 221g blue paper with the documents requested, I will update as soon as I know what it is. Hope sharing my experience helps anyone also going through this process.

It’s hard waiting for so long but hopefully you hear back from them soon with good news. What doesn’t make much sense to me is why they sent me a letter in the mail saying that they would have a response in about 2-3 weeks and to check on the site. Did you also received a letter like this in the mail? I’m just wondering if this is something they normally send 

My husband had CC on 8/8 and his interview is scheduled for 10/3 in Ciudad Juarez I had been calling NVC to know if there was any update that's how I found out first about his interview date... Hope you get a date soon 😊

The visa journey finally comes to an end...4 hours to go...my wife is arriving in NYC today.  
Took exactly ONE year from sending in the petition and to my wife's arrival in the States.  
 
I wish you all the best and hopefully your journeys end soon too.  

My biometrics for adjustment of status took about an half an hour including the waiting time. Photo + fingerprint were done within several minutes, but it really depends on how  busy it is that day at the ASC 

We just went through the appointments in Juarez 3 weeks ago. The ASC appointment is much, much quicker. It took my wife about 10 minutes to get it done. You don't need to show up more than 5-10 minutes before your appointment as there is no line.
 
The medical takes at least 1.5 hours and can end up taking upwards of 2-3. My wife had all her documents in order and had to get 3 shots, it took her 1.5 hours to complete it.

Yes, biometrics is really quick. Just did it right now. Waited outside about 10 minutes and another 10 minutes inside

FYI just in case you meet the criteria, if you live in CDMX or Estado de Mexico, you can get the medical and biometrics done there

Brace yourselves, for today is the day we shall hunt us some October interview dates.
