it's all good @Henken23 This process is draining and frustrating already as it is,  we don't need to tear at each other, but rather encourage and support each other as is the original purpose of this forum.  I wish us all well..  One love!

I understand dear it will end in praise don't worry I can feel our pains and I know that very soon all will be well

    So sorry about that dear.😘

my dear na there u fail am!!! as long as this remains a public forum, i will comment and respond to whatever post i want and call out whomever does not know how to respect themselves. but unlike you, i am civil enough to be polite in my responses. but u see, if you want us to go all uncivilized as i see is your way of life, i can try to match up to you.

now run along and do something meaningful with your life!!!

@Peachess I didn't mean to insult anyone on this forum am only trying to help if it hurts you in any way am really sorry we are ONE.Love You

someone asked a general question to everyone, another person had a different opinion than yours and you sounded really rude. u can reread your comment if in doubt. y'all seem to forget every case is different and how it works for A is not necessarily how it works for B.

Please be cordial. This is a public forum, lets learn to respect other people's opinions and suggestions without throwing tantrums. Thank you.

For Your information this is not about you and besides am too busy to read your quotes,It's not your question neither is it your page.Good day

I sent my call logs, messages and letters from my family, friends and coworkers to NVC as “supporting documents” and checked the box at the end of the NVC checklist form and included all the above I mentioned due to the fact that unfortunately my husband lives in a “High Fraud” country.

Look at it like this... Those consulars when receiving your files have already looked through all you have, so when you go to the interview you take the copies of what you’ve already sent so they match up...

AGAIN this is only My suggestion to do if you’re sponsoring your Spouse from a High Fraud Country..

In my Case I sent all the supporting documents I could think of...

Sundee thanks for this suggestion in my own opinion I only sent what was requested in the cover letter and you know Nigeria is a high fraud country.I took calls chats to my interview at lagos embassy but non was requested for.

My I-130 was already approved, so idk what you mean with me not close to the NVC stage. I'm not here just affirming so secure about my individual experience, when other people cases might fall into a different circumstances.

If you already passed everything, what are you doing in this topic? oh yes, I can imagine, thinking that own the truth just because you successfully already went through?

In so many topics in visajourney you can see more experienced members advising the police report, as the medical examination are valid only for 6 months. And it was the advice of my lawyer too.

Also, the information I give is always with evidence, I don't tell people to Google stuff.

BTW, the ",.,:,;" are not just accessories in the text, they are necessary so it doesn't seem you are just spitting out words.

Is it a problem to you am still here?if it is I guess you are the one that needs to leave here then,Am not here for you ok

i think this is a bit rude for a forum where we are meant to be sharing ideas and supporting each other.

If you go through what I wrote you won't see it as rude someone asked a question I tried to explain and another person took it up.Yo we are meant to share ideas but some people are just here writing what is not requested and necessary.Thank you

Hello everyone,so while sending the police clearance, marriage certificate, birth certificate etc to NVC  do I need to send our call logs, messages to each other?

No you only send the document they request and your call logs and messages to each other are not included you could only take your call logs and messages to your interview. They will gve you a cover letter so send all the requested documents in the cover letter only

Usually you don't suppose to say people to Google something you are sure about, you post the information that valid your answer in the forum.

You are talking about Nigeria, either you are assuming everyone is from Nigeria in here, or that all embassies works in the same way, and none are true.

@Bluretto hasn't put yet his/her country, and NVC doesn't handle in the same way all the documentation equally from each country.

About the police report validity for NVC stage has the following note:

Note: Present and former residents of the United States do NOT need to submit any U.S. police certificates.

Important: Police certificates expire after one year, unless the certificate was issued from your country of previous residence and you have not returned there since the police certificate was issued. If at the time of your interview the following three items are all true, you must bring a new police certificate to your visa interview:

    You are more than 16 years old;

The police certificate submitted to NVC was obtained more than one year ago; and

You still live in the country that issued the certificate.

For country-specific guidelines on how to obtain acceptable police certificates, use the Document Finder above.

In some cases, it won't be valid for more than 6 months. Something that you can read from some individuals in visajourney.

I did read the information about the Nigerian police report FOR consular stage, which it says indeed that is valid for 1 year.

I only said in Nigeria I didn't tell you or write it there that the person is from Nigeria.pls make sure you read well before you reply.Thank you.I don't give information am not sure of I give information bcos I have passed thru it and tell people not to depend ONLY On what I say I back it up with evidence so they will understand better
