ok well you give me hope thank you !!!! do you mind me asking what you added for the second interview that you think helped.

so then what ended up happening ? did you end up getting approved later

Really for my second interview I had the same information, my situation was the same, I cannot understand why I was no approved the first time if in the first interview, They asked the same information : my work check and Bank statement where my salary is deposited, the officer  checked the amount in my work receipt and the statement bank were the same. I worked in the same company, I earn the same salary and my two interviews were with only some months of difference
If you have other question only ask me
    regards

See guys!! Like right now, I sent her a text message like 10 hours ago. She never replied. Is she would want to come to US so bad then she would say something right away..

If my fiancee told me about he stay 1 week more with me, I would  be the woman more happy.

I think you have the answer in this situation, a long distance relationship is not easy, the couples need a lot cominication  and true love, like other people say the K-1 is not a visa for see if the relationship is good,  is really a visa for get married when you are sure, then if you are not sure and ready for that, the better is you dont apply  for it, if you have doubts the best you can do is talk with her. Maybe if you break a relationship is hard but is more difficult get married with someone that is not ready or does not love you.

  4. Right now the time is going really slow, the average time for NOA2 is between 6 to 8 months that plus time to NVC and interview maybe few weeks more. We have our recived date at august and my first time line said beggin january, but now the time line has changed to between february 15 to 28, that  sounds bad but we dont have other option more wait and be  patient .

The one tip is you dont do plans or deposits for any until you have your visa, because the times changes all time.

Regards and good luck in your process

I know exactly how you feel.  My received date from CSC is August 10, 2017.  I would agree with @I&A2017  as far as the receive date of the NOA2, about 5- 6 months.  It's stressful, and all of us here that are waiting are  hoping for something soon.

@edward.mountain you and we have almost the same date from CSC, and yes I hope we all receive news soon

Everybody is calling and putting requests, so far no one truly knows if this is just a mistake in the website or not, but it does allow people before September 1st to call and do that, some were even able to get their process on expedited! so why not? Maybe it's a breach we can all take advantage off!  My fiancee will try to call uscis today as well!

Thank you , I will call today

Hey, guys hope everyone is holding up fine! It's been a while since I checked and apparently, the estimated dates keep being pushed back :/, mine started 1st of January and now it's currently between 1st of February and 7th. I'm hoping things speed up a little bit! Anyone have some info or some good news to share :D?

Oh that is not good news, and yes our time line has changed to early february also

I hope we all will have good news soon

  8. Hi

After my NOA1 I have gone two time to visit my fiance , in the two times only was 1 week each time, the officer did not ask me nothing, and I am thinking to visit my fiance again in 1 month,  I always have with my proofs about my life in Mexico, Works letter, Job's receipts, bank statements , but like I told you before, in the border never have asked nothing. I think if you have proofs about you life in Mexico and always say the true about your trip , all will be ok

    Hello

My boyfriend and I are thinking about getting married and I've got a B2 tourist visa for 5 years and we're not sure if we should go with a K1 fiance visa since we don;t have time for that since Christmas is coming and he is heading here for 3 weeks and then we want to head to the States in January.

I was wondering if we can get married on my B2 visa and then apply for adjustment of status?

You can;t possibly plan a wedding in 60 days as per the fiance visa- well you can, but it's really hard but coordinating that is nearly impossible since I would like my parents to attend and they need US tourist visas to come..and that takes time..

Also, another question I've got that no one really asked in this forum is about the I864P form. Does the spouse have to show proof of $20.300 earned up until that point of filing the documents even if it;s the first few months of the year? My boyfriend just started his own business so can't make that amount in the first 3-4 months of the year. Do we need proof of the IRS docs of previous year to proof his financial stability?

If you can please give me some advice I would be so grateful!

    Thank you!

you can review the attach and link  in the second page , first question, it is about  what can happen if you get married with a visa different to K-1 .

Wow, never considered/thought of Mexico as a high fraud country.  We made it through the long process including removing conditions with zero problems/RFE.  Always told the truth, read the Visa Journey guides, and asked a ton of questions.  Make sure every t is crossed and every i is doted.  Best wishes and feel free to ask me any questions.

    May God bless you

    @JohnE

Thank you very much, really this is hard process but with help  all , it is more easy, thank you again :)  We hope to receive the NOA2 soon and can make the next  step ...

I hope you have nice weekend

Because we have read cases of Bonafide relationships and they were denail in countries considering like High fraud

Hi,  Have any of you developed any stress related health problems due to being separated from your fiancé(e)?  Both of us seem to have gained some weight and I (the petitioner) have been going to see a therapist to work on anxiety issues.  It is not the separation per se, but the not knowing how long it will be and that there is nothing we can do about it.  I think that I am also losing a great deal of hair.  Being reunited with a long-lost-love (my fiancé) from the past was the happiest thing that ever happened to me.  It was only natural that we wanted to get married.  He wanted to marry me when we were kids almost 30 years ago.  It would have been so much easier back then before I had children.  Now, I don't think I could leave them and move to his country.  I'd like to, but I can't leave my kids--even if they are basically grown.  One is still 12 and he wants both of us in his life.  There is no reason for us to be turned down, but when I read about all the people that get rejected, I get so afraid.  We are legit, our papers are legit.  But I feel like my whole life is in the hands of someone who doesn't even know me.  I know most of you, if not all of you, must feel the same way.  There are plenty of good days, but I feel like my life is on hold without him.  We have so many plans for the future.  Is going through this having psychosomatic effects on any of you guys too?

I can understand you , but we need to be patient because this process we cannot chage it, it is very hard dont have idea when we could recieve news , but only can be calm and wait, enjoy our relationship and think positive, this is not easy .. I Know
