If they are actually processing them in the order they are recieved,,,,,,my childrens K2 were in the SAME package as mine and I have a card on the way and nothing for them........sad, as a family you would think they would notice that.

They have approved mine greencard on the way- but no info on the kids K2???? I was totally assuming that they would be done with mine, no such luck then? I hate this. I would rather have thiers than mine.

Hey all- this is Chiroman- as I used to post with the name (meliss) I was the one the girl above was referring too, a bad experience. Whatever. He totally felt me in the "area" felt like a grope, was very uncomfortable. I am over it - some one stated he has to check for your identity of sex.....yeah, he knows I am a woman for sure. Yuck.

Anyway he was personable, I guess a nice guy, and I did'nt need my x-rays either.

Hey all- UPDATE. According to the USCIS web page my case has been approved green card ordered, nice I knew that was coming...but what about the kiddo's? I thought If i was approved then they were too?

Maybe I just have to wait. Hmmm, the question is how long?

ANy others have this experience?

To clean out your temporary internet files, go to Tools/Internet Options. Under the "General" tab, there's a section for Temporary Internet Files and a button you can click on to delete them.

Make sure you can access the internet (which you obviously can if you're posting here).... and try a hard boot if you haven't already...

Dude! It snowed in North Carolina today! It was so pretty- it totally reminded me of canada! I heard a fun quote the other day saying that eastern north carolina was soooo cold, somebody left the door open to Canada! HAhahhahahaha...if they only knew what real snow and cold was!

Alright- you all are my last hope. This past week for some reason when I try and enter myspace (MSN) page, (which I use to keep all the folks back home up to date with our new family life) it will not let me in. It gives me a message like this, OPERATION ABORTED...Internet Explorer cannot open the internet site. So I can't edit my page or get in at all. Tried to get help from the computer guys- no luck they want $50 bucks to phone and help so you guys are it- and i know loads of you are computer geniuses......(unlike me) All other parts of the internet etc are fine.

Yup- I had the local congressman checking on my EAD and ....no EAD because they told her my visa has been approved! She says they just hav'nt updated any of the websites in a while and if we don't have it in our hands in 30 days then to call her and find it. Sweet! So my online status is the same but hoping it will be in the mail soon ! SO chins up- they must have come back from vacation!

We did this thing at our office about the FISH PHilosophy.... based on a team of workers at a fish market. It was neat we even had stuffed fish to throw at each other in our cubicles. I thought it was corney at first but then, why not you have to work with these people every day anyway why not make it fun?

My dad once made all the neighbourhood kids elastic guns- wood cut to the shape of a gun then a clothes pin on top holding back the elastic -then attached to a nail on the front, ready aim fire, until the fights were banned from all the other parents. SOOOO much fun, always thought they would be a good toy for the office they go like 40 feet!

Personally? I hate all Christmas songs tacky decorations and pretty much all christmas all together....bah humbug. It drives my hubbie crazy- next year? I am getting out of here to some nice beach and a cold beer, with absolutley ZERO Christmas music. If it was'nt for the kids I'd boycott all together! Sorry- just my feelings on the subject. It might have been the working "retail" before Christmas that did it.......

In North Carolina it is illegal to drive after 60 days with a out of state licence or international license. Whatever....even the cop that pulled me over told me to hurry up and get that state license. Make sure you check I think all u need is a SSN and proof of insurance, good luck you also have to write the test -yuck.

All I needed was a proof af address and a SSN. And I had to write the stinkin test- passed thou. Good Luck, the written test was hard-oh as well, I needed proof of insurance. There you go!

I'm using ABF Trucking to shop my stuff- 3 months after I moved myself down. They have been super great and have a customs doc that was easy and when I signed it just faxed it to them....all I needed was someone to load it up at the Canadian end. You can track the shipment online. Mines due this Friday. Good luck I think it comes down to the crossing at the border and having the paper work in order. Melissa

I agree that some names are stripper names....Destiny, Bambi, usually anything ending with a "i" And all these names like Brody, Cooper, sound like surfer names those kids will never grow up to be lawyers. Parents should really think of the names and how silly it sounds when they are adults. I also don't like trend names, who wants to be common....
