I am tired of waiting!! 127 days and counting!!

Oct17F2A, You might want to call USCIS and ask them where your interview letter is? Lots of people who are K1 visas have received their interview letters and some also their GC's already.

I would be so upset if i didnt hear anything about interview when I become current.  I'm upset even now!! I HATE NBC!! :angry:

Lets Sue USCIS ! They took the money and cashed the checks real quick ! Now not working on 1st come 1st serve basis !:ranting:

    Hi,

I had my AOS interview on 02/06 at San Jose field office. Even we were in the interview room for an hour but it was smooth. The Interview Officer was pleasant and friendly and she made us feel like we were having a casual conversation and not an interview. But I have not been told whether  I will be recommended for GC or not. Should i be worried?

What was your Priority Date (I-130 for F2A) and when did you apply for I-485 (AOS)?

    hi there,

for my Wife, her PD is March 2016. In November 2017 we requested the EAD and AP combo cards, she had the fingerprints but since then (11/2017) we haven't heard anything back. Is this normal, what can we do?

    Thanks!

Did you file at NBC for AOS? We all in F2A category filing for AOS in NBC are waiting for the EAD/AP since the 1st week of Oct, so all I can say is wait "PATIENTLY"

I called USCIS again today since they told me to call them in a week. The L1 officer didn't transfer me to a L2 saying that I need to wait for a month since the last time I put in an SR (Dec 29th). So he told me to call back on Jan 29th...which is 3 days!!! why can't they just transfer and be done with it. Anyway....he also said that we are still within the processing times since now they are working on Aug 1st applications???!!!

Are you going to call USCIS today?

    Hello, here is my timeline:

    NBC

    PD 02/08/16
    I-130 APPROVED - 05/24/16
    AOS I485, I131, I765 received by USCIS 10/13/17
    Biometrics done 11/13/17
    Waiting for EAD/AP

According to the Visa Bulletin, I'll be current in Feb. What will happen then?

Please provide the location of your USCIS field office where you did your biometrics. Most likely that same office will schedule your interview.

Yeah, USCIS is getting lazier at updating Processing Time tables.

They used to show the cases being processed two months ago, and to update it around the day 10 each month, but on December they dragged it to 3 months, since they didn't publish until the 26th. Let's hope they update it on the 26th also this month, at least we would get some kind of update.

Oct 31 times were published originally on Dec 26th, 2017, and again "updated" on Jan 5th only to delete "I-765 Application for Employment Authorization Based on TPS for Haiti" which was at June 2, 2017, but was then erased.

Older Processing Time tables can be found at AILA.org

Its a shame ! I called the USCIS phone line again for my EAD/AP card and they told me to wait until Feb 9th as my last SR was on Jan 9th. Still the Dec 19th SR is not assigned for processing.

On some different forums im seeing many USC spouses getting approvals on their EADs today. UGHH so unfair when our PD is before theirs!!! ahhh so tired of waiting now.  107 days and counting

Quite possible that they don't have a work visa or any other form of approval that allows them to work legally. Looks like AOS applicants with an existing H1B are on the lowest priority for EADs.
