Did you contact Ombudsman again.? I was calling everyday.. also email your problem to scopssata@dhs.gov

I did it 3 times back to back in 3 weeks.

I had these many SRs for my cases.

I got the card on Friday 5/11/18. it was ordered into production on 05/04/18. So exactly 1 week from approval.

It was mid march when I first got that message from USCIS that my case was with an officer

HoangXu, How long did it take for you to actually get the EAD/AP card in your hands after the status changed to ordered.

I contacted them all and then yesterday I contacted Ombudsman again !

My H1B Visa expires in May 2019. I hope to have my Green Card before then. Or in this case at least an EAD

dude, read my past posts.. I am not going to repeat everything everytime

I am going to call Ombudsman's office every other day now. USCIS is not giving any information to me or the elected representatives.

Same old story.. You will have to wait as its under processing and the officer has not reached a decision.

Spoke to L2 yesterday and he transferred me to his superior. his superior began talking and phone got disconnected. Called again today in the morning and spoke to L2 who told me that an L2 supervisor will call me as soon as he is done with the phone call, but I never got a phone call. So I called them again and set up an L2 phone call. The L2 supervisor was going around in circles with no fruitful update.

USCIS sucks !

Spoke to L2 again today. He said that don't put anymore SRs as this may delay the case, which don't make any sense.

I think it all depends.. Most of the AOS based on K1 Visa are approved for people from EU and UK. People from other countries even in K1 categories are in the same boat as me and you.

I think its based on home country maybe? certain countries do get preference..

I got that email 4 weeks ago but yesterday they told me the same thing. L2 Officer also mentioned that the guidelines are coming from the present government. So we all know who is at fault !

All you can do is keep calling and trying for online SRs

Contact Ombudsman, Congressman Senator, put like 5 SRs on I-131 and 10 on I-765.

did I mention keep calling and keep waiting !

Spoke to Level 2 again and he said that my case is with an officer for review and I should expect a decision shortly. This letter was sent by USCIS to me on April 13 which I still have not received.

Like I said, USCIS is just like DMV, its just that normal people don't have to go there otherwise it would be equally ridiculed by the people. Bunch of buffoons playing with people's lives !
