    I got it a month ago, and they needed Affidavit of support by my husband cuz we did summit his tax records but no the actual form, It was our mistake :( they also requested evidence of parole to the USA, MY I-94 which i had already send it when i submitted the package, and a official translate of my birth certificate, event tho my certificate is in both languages.

    It kind of strange how folks getting RFE and RFIE for documents that was already sent in. Whewwww, seems to me like this is USCIS way of buying time and stopping folks from bombarding them with calls:Djs - I guess there always gonna be a stumbling block along the way in life when trying to achieve certain things.

    You are so right! On my RFIE they are asking me for my I94 which I have already send and it's pretty much in all the forms but anyways what can we do just send it again lol

    If he is expected to make more than required minimum for the current year (2017), he can sponsor you. Check this thread:

    No need to send originals. USCIS itself recommends sending copies. But you will need to bring original documents, including your birth certificate, to your AOS interview.

    Regarding translation - your husband or one of your friends can do it, provided they are fluent in both languages. He will need to certify the translation. No need for a lawyers or paid translating services.

    awesome my dear! Such a help I appreciate it a lot ;)

    I'm sorry to hear that, I think with the initial evidence, your clock will reset to that day :(

    Thank you so much, I was worried about it but i dont think so and i hope it does not :) Following what we read on the letter they send me, it shouldn't.  It says that they wont take further actions until I send the evidence they need but it says its only for  form I485 im not sure if my timing will change i have my BIO appt tom based on that im asumming it will just take some extra time but it wont get reset  and I also have a job offer letter so i hope it does not reset :/ wish me luck!

    USCIS currently requires minimum income of $20,300 for Affidavit of Support (for household size of 2). See https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p

    It seems like you will need a joint sponsor.

    You should not send original documents to USCIS unless they asked you to (please note that you will need to bring it to the interview if your case requires one).

    I sent a copy of my birth certificate and had it translated and certified via online service https://www.rev.com

    Did you receive Request for Evidence RFE or Request for Initial Evidence RFIE?

    What does your tracking say exactly?

    i appreciate you help :)

    Biometrics Codes

    Normally, an ASC Biometrics Notice would contain (in the top right area), a field named “Code.”    The “Code” field is intended to indicate the type of biometrics processing to be performed.  The possible values are:

    Code 1 – fingerprinting only (10 prints);

    Code 2 – biometrics (photo, signature and index finger);

    Code 3 – fingerprints (10 prints) and biometrics (photo, signature and index finger).

    USCIS has indicated that the applicable code for each biometrics appointment is determined based on the type of an application and certain relevant case factors.

    Hope this answers your question?

    thanks
