    My husband soon to arrive in USA.. Long rough process but God had us and is good all day, every day!!!

      I’ve been so confused . I sent a lot of quality evidence during the i130 stage . It was quality but it was a lot . I’m having confusion on what to send for the NVC stage . I’m seeing some people say pick up where I left off and send additional evidence . I also see people say send all the evidence over again to NVC stage . I don’t know what to do , I don’t want to anger a CO with so much evidence

      hey Sundee! How are you? Where are you now in the process? We just got sent to NVC (well about 2 weeks ago) and I want to request an expedite due to a disease that I have an needing surgery. Can't remember...did you have something similar?

      Hi Mia&Famous, I’m hanging in there. I’m finished at NVC and my husband is in queue just waiting for a interview date. 

      If you need to request expedite send a email now to NVC with proof from your Dr. 

      Yes, I to had requested a expedite but I made it through NVC in 3 weeks, so God was on my side.

      I pray you will be ok and please keep me updated on your health and your progress with this process...

    I’m not anxious abt Monday’s but since being in this process, I welcome Monday’s so I can hope and pray this is my week for approval.

    I just checked uscis website and they updated it again but it went back to May 31, 2017 saying processing 129f K/3 as of Dec 1,2016 and the 1-130 US Citzen filing for spouse now says Nov 15, 2016... My eyes didn't decieve me... All this is making me go crazy. How can they go back to May.. OMG I can't take this no more

    Uscis just updated all service Centers.  California Service Center is showing they no longer do the 1-130 for US Citzen to petition for their spouse, so now it sets all of us behind again who are stuck at Nebraska Service Center. Before uscis updated Nebraska was processing 1-130 US Citzen filing for spouse cases as of Dec 16, 2016 now they went backwards to Nov 26, 2016 and if u filed a 1-129F K/3 visa and your in Nebraska Service Center that got pushed back also to Nov 26, 2016. 

    This is really really bad as all of us waiting for the update to change did nothing but give stress and disbelief in more so in the system... 

    This is depressing and heart breaking..
