Married name. You guys are already married so she should be able to use your last name now.
Good luck on the application!
Thank you!

I only have our customer copy which doesnt count for a valid proof. Apparently.
Have you tried to pick it up in person? here in florida they give you it right away if you go in person instead waiting for it to be mailed!

Solution is to click on print and some message appears, close the message and save it, then will disappear and can print it. I was printing them from other computer, so the solution was clicking on print on my computer even if I wasnt printing, and then it would get disabled, then save it, and can be printed without it. Hope this is helpful for anybody with the same problem

I cant get rid off those, I been reading some of the threads about the same problem and people say they wont appear when you print the documents, but they actually do, I printed all my forms and in the space for signature it reads "dont forget to sign" with red letters, what can I do to get rid off those?

Jacksonville then.
It's not really a big deal; they can fix it themselves down the line if they need to.
Thank you! Hopefully it will be jacksonville, the reviews for jacksonville are great but orlando on the other hand...

Find whichever field office has jurisdiction over your residence:
https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/find-uscis-office/field-offices
Click your state then find your city or county.
There are 2, Orlando and Jacksonville Im from Flagler (Florida) and Jacksonville is the closest one, but Jacksonville says:
This office serves the following counties: Alachua, Bradford, Columbia, Dixie, Duval, Gadsden, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Jefferson, Lafayette, Leon, Levy, Madison, Nassau, Putnum, St. Johns, Suwanee, Union, and Wakulla.
This office also serves Flagler and Volusia counties for Form N-400 (Application for Naturalization) applicants and for Form I-485 (Application for Lawful Permanent Residence) applicants. This includes anything associated with these specific cases, such as emergency Advance Parole, InfoPass inquiries, Requests for Information, etc. -

Your local field office
What do I do if there are 2? Do I simply choose one?

In the following question (form I-485) do I have to choose the nearest uscis office from me(I have two, Jacksonville and Orlando), or is it asking for a filling office (which would be chicago, same for everyone) ??
The beneficiary is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) office in: -

That sounds good!
and about the names I'm not sure if that's what you mean but maybe it's worth a read http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/latino-last-names-and-changing-name-after-the-wedding-question/
Thank you so much! So she is probably taking my first last name and I will keep both of my last names (as much as I hate how long my name is I dont want to have to change my birth certificates passports ids and all kind of stuff) so we both will share my first last name, thank you so much! I dont have more questions about this subject!

I know the confusion. Same if the issue is regarding a beneficiary.. some forms ask for a maiden name and some don't.. I was filling with G-325a forms and I think it was easier since they had all the biographical information about a particular person. I was a beneficiary with a changed name to married and I just put married name everywhere and maiden when asked to.
Personally I wouldn't worry about it too much.if you want to use her married name then do it and then change it everywhere so SSN, passport, ID.. you should be fine
I.e the biggest confusion I had was the medical form asking for a maiden name (has to match passport) and signature.. but it seemed odd to me to sign all the forms with married name and one form with maiden
but I got advised to sign with married name and everything was fine
Also, I found this thread
So, if its fine, we will use her married name, and submit the marriage license with every copy needed of her birth certificate, and after we send the package we will get her social security number and all the rest of documents changed. This question might sound dumb, but, I got 2 last names, does she get one of them? or both? or does she get one, and I lose one, so we both only keep one of my last names? I always been kind of confused when it comes to that subject (damn spanish long names hah)

I think that it really depends if she wants to change her last name or keep it maiden. I think you should be fine both ways since the marriage certificate lists her maiden name and also lets her use married name
Like on the i-130, they ask for her maiden name too, so I guess its not a big deal if we use her married name, but in the rest of the forms they dont ask about her maiden name, so we were kind of confused and didnt want to create confusion or get denied for using a different name from her birthcertificate and driving license, we are applying for the name change after getting married, but we have to send the package before we change her birth certificate and all that because I want to send the package before the 90 days

You can use either but stick to it throughout the whole application. The name you choose is the one that will be on her GC
She is the US citizen, I am the one applying for AOS

My soon- to be wife (US citizen, petitioner) and I (beneficiary) are applying for adjustment of status after getting married while IM on the vwp and we were wondering when we are filling the forms, do we need to write her maiden name, or her married name? Her passport, birthcertificate etc have her maiden name.

I believe one parent would file an I-864 and the other would file an I-864A, as you say. I'm not overly familiar with I-864s though, so hopefully others can chime in here and confirm or correct this.
Thank you!

Then no.
Thank you. My soon to be wife parents have to be my co-sponsors since my soon to be wife just started working a month ago and doesnt make enough money for the affidavit of support or payed taxes yet, her parents do taxes together, do you know if they have to fill one i-864 each or should her dad fill the i-864 and her mom the i-864A ?

How do we know? You don't say what you are doing, how you are filing, or give any details.
Aos, I arrived with my vwp and Im marrying an US citizen and applying for aos

Im not quiet sure what to answer to this question
Are you applying for adjustment based on the
Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) section 245(i)?
Yes
No -
Hello, Im finally getting married in just a couple of days and we decided to go for my adjusment of status while Im on my wvp as I mentioned in previous threads. My fiance just started working recently, so she has never payed taxes before, and she doesnt make money enough to support me since she is a student and we are going to stay in her parents house for a couple of months atleast. We are wondering how to fill the affidavit of support.
I read she needs to fill the affidavit of support as main sponsor even if she hasnt payed taxes yet or just started working and attatch a letter to this document explaining the situation. Do we get each one of her parents to fill one affidavit each, or should her dad fill his own i-864 and her mom an i-864A ?
Thank you so much

I met my girlfriend in a website too (that website is currently down/closed now and hope they wont find it suspicious) and I honestly will say the truth, I dont think there is something wrong about meeting someone online and falling in love, as long as you can prove that your relationship is real and truth, there is nothing you should worry about, I bet they have seen hundreds of cases like ours.

You also need a copy of the sponsors proof of residence or citizenship
Like their birth certificate?
Who sign as sponsor on I-864A
in Adjustment of Status from Work, Student, & Tourist Visas
Posted · Edited by FrankSinatra
We are applying for AOS while Im on the VWP. We needed my wife's parents as joint sponsor because my wife just started working recently and she doesnt make enough money to support me. Her dad, the one with the largest income, is filing a I-864 form as joint sponsor, and her wife, since they do taxes together, is filing a I-864a to add her income to his.
In the form I-864, page 2 of 8, it asks whats the relationship between the household member and the sponsor, and in the page 4 of 8, it asks for the sponsor signature.
Who is supossed to sign as sponsor?
My wife, the U.S citizen and first sponsor (I-864) ?
Or her dad, the second I-864 as joint sponsor since he does taxes together with her mom (her mom is filing the I-864a )
And regarding the relationship between household member and sponsor, is this question asking about the first sponsor (my wife) or the second sponsor ( her joint-sponsor dad, who also file for taxes with her mom)
My wife: first I-864
Her dad: second I-864(joint sponsor)
Her mom: I-864a (she files taxes together with my wife's dad)
