You can only change embassy when your case is at the nvc and it has to be your original state you where born... example if you live I Dubai and you are from Nigeria then you can switch it as long as you in formed then

That's strange do you have a confirmation number that it was sent...also my case was approved on the first and they have received mine on the 17 so idk what's going on
